Hi! I have two identical SIP accounts on Asterisk 1.4.22. One account is registered with eyebeam, the other one is registered with a SNOM phone. When using the eyebeam client DMTF detection works fine, when using the SNOM phone many digits are missing in the DTMF detection. I analyzed with wireshark and both phones uses RFC 2833 and the trace looks pretty the same. Also the rtp debug log

Hi, I'm no phone guy but I've been having quite a bit of fun messing with Asterisk. I just unwrapped my new Wildcard TDM400P (TDM40B) which is the new 4 port FXS PCI card. It has 4 RJ45 connectors and I'd like to hookup 4 regular phones which are RJ11. If I crip RJ45 connectors to the phone cords do I simple use the center two pins (pins 4 and 5)? Hi folks, Any Brits on the list got experience of hooking devices with standard BT plugs to the TDM400P? The TDM400P has the RJ11/RJ45 socket but I'm not sure if a standard adapter will do the trick or if we need to consider ring capacitors etc. Any links to buy the stuff would also be appreciated. Ahhh this could be my problem! I just checked which wires on the RJ11 cable had a voltage across them and it was the yellow and green (3 & 4?). From what someone posted the other day it's supposed to be Bumble Bee and Christmas Tree. I did have to get a technician out to fix my line when it was first installed because it was dead. Maybe he wired it up incorrectly or maybe they just do it

Hi Asterisk Community, I have a development with a TDM11B in it. I am trying to connect this to a exchange line as well as a UK telephone and are looking for some pinout information for the FXS port.
