Guys. What do you think about Dell hardware and Asterisk? Whos using it, comments, any special specs recommended or models?

I am not sure if its just me, but i am able to get only local channel variables containing RTCP QOS values. The Version is 1.8.14. I want to store values of bridged channel in CDR. For the record, they're Calgarians) Now I'm in a pickle: I don't want to have to create a custom directory for these guys.
