Need advice to get wcte11xp and wcfxo to load
I have a X100P and a TE110P in my Asterisk box. I can either get the X100P or the TE110P to work, but never both. Here's my zaptel.conf span=1,0,0,d4,ami e&m=1-24 fxsls=25 When I load wcte11xp and wcfxo, I will get this error. [root at asterix etc]# modprobe wcte11xp ZT_CHANCONFIG failed on channel 25: No such device or address (6) /lib/modules/2.4.20-8/misc/wcte11xp.o: post-install

Echo and static on PRI with errors.
Hi there, I'm having some fairly serious asterisk problems, which seem to be spread quite liberally across all asterisk versions, I've tried 1.4.2, 1.6.0.10, 1.6.2beta4 and still had exactly the same problem with static and echo on the line when using the PRI interface. Problems with loading TE110 module
Hello! I discovered, that I'm unable to load ther kernel module under 2.4.28. Before that I had 2.4.26 and tryed to upgrade the kernel to 2.4.28. After restart (reboot - soft restart) I can't load the module. When I go back to 2.4.26 and try to load the module, I'm getting the same problem. Only turning off/on helps. What can I do? It's very annoying because the box is in hosting

Hmm, I don't have /etc/modprobe.conf, and wctdm is giving me problems. Which device is it talking about? No sound after loading module wcte11xp
Hi I'm trying to get a Digium TE110P card working but as soon as I load the module with modprobe wcte11xp the sound stops working for incoming calls (SIP and IAX). I haven't even started to configure the card. Running ztcfg and restarting asterisk doesn't help. After unloading with rmmod wcte11xp the sound comes back for new calls I'm using asterisk 1.2.4, libpri 1.2.2 and

Need help configuring TE100P and 3 X100Pclonewith MD3200 chipset
This is a system for our lab. I have no problem getting rid of X100P clones. But I am just curious why can they work. Even the drivers are not loading correctly. -----Original Message----- From: asterisk-users-bounces@lists.digium.com [mailto:asterisk-users-bounces@lists.digium.com] On Behalf Of Kerry Garrison Sent: Tuesday, May 02, 2006 10:51 AM To: 'Asterisk Users Mailing List -

Very loud noise on TDM400
I am having a problem with and Asterisk installation where two ports connected to a TDM400 card will have a very loud noise when you try to dial. The server has an OpenVox D110P, a TDM04B and a Xorcom Astribank 8 fxs. It is running Zaptel 1.4.11 and Asterisk 1.4.18. The problem always happens with two ports (34 and 35) which are connected to two GSM gateways. They will work fine for a week

Using zaphfc and wcte11xp at the same time problem
I am having problems loading the zaphfc from bristuff and wcte11xp drivers at the same time. If I load zaphfc then all works fine. If I then load wcte11xp, the card using the zaphfc doesn't pick up calls anymore. I am using bristuff 0.2.0-RC5. Anyone else seen this problem, know of a fix, or can tell me what I am doing wrong? Thanks My zaptel.conf: # hfc-s pci a span definition # most of

[Zaptel] Checking that TDM card works?
Hello Since TDM cards are known for being particular when it comes to motherboards (PCI 2.2, etc.), I was wondering if there is a utility that can check that the Zaptel driver works OK and can tell if the TDM card is compatible? That way, if an FXO module is not reporting an incoming call, we'd know it's because of the Zaptel driver, and not something elsewhere. Are "dmesg",

Te110P initial installation problems ?
Hi, thank you for last info. we've tried to use te110p but failed. We're quite surprised that cable wasn't included with the card as any documentation, at least on HW setup and installation, yet cable pinout for connection to PRI interfaces.... 1. We have followed instructions on your site and from Beronet guide, but card just keeps blinking and nothing happens (also no useful

Setting wcte11xp card to use IRQ
Hi, is it possible to set a wcte11xp card to use a certain IRQ? I've tried a few things but it always shares the IRQ with eth0 even though the system has 4 spare ones. I can't set it via the BIOS. Problems with CentOS ztdummy kernel 2.6
Hi List, I am having some trouble with installing the latest version of ztdummy on a CentOS Kernel 2.6 system. I have installed a few Asterisk systems on Slackware Kernel 2.4.x without any issues, unfortunately there is no choice about this distro, or kernel as it has been preinstalled by someone else. And so I am in the dark with an unfamiliar distro and kernel. I am fairly sure the

Re: zapata with Tiger3XX compilation error
Ok so I read the Linux 2.6 related README and finally compiled propperly, I thought but at the end I notice that lscpi does report the cards, but I cant modprobe wcfxo nor zaptel and I do have wcfxo.ko in the /lib/modules/2.6.8/extra/ directory, so what gives? This is a Debian Sarge, thanks! # # make clean starts here # make[1]: Entering directory `/usr/src/zaptel-1.4.0/menuselect' rm
