Realtime queues with Firebird SQL through unixodbc
Hello,
I have a partially working Realtime Queue using unixODBC and Firebird. I
followed the steps on asterisk-guru and the voip-info asterisk message
boards but have been having no success.
I say that my queue is partially working because callers can join the
queue. However the calls do not go to the agents even if the agent is
not tied up and is available for calls. So the caller is stuck

Realtime Queue Members
Does anybody have realtime queue members working? Not the queues
themselves, just the members. I have realtime working for voicemail and
sippeers, but I can't get queue members to work. Here is what I have:
res_mysql.conf:

Dynamic realtime + queues.conf Unresolved

I want queues.conf to be stored on a MySQL database using dynamic realtime. I am using asterisk 11.2.1 and?MySQL 5.1.67, the?MySQL database is hosted on?another server but?I can access the?database via ODBC.

We're using 1.8.23.1 on CentOS 5 and are trying to get accurate stats for
queues.
For a particular customer, when I run queue show <queue_name> I get the
following numbers:
<queue_name> has 0 calls (max unlimited) in 'ringall' strategy (17s
holdtime, 94s talktime), W:0, C:175, A:44, SL:48.6% within 45s
So from that data we look at
17s holdtime
And assume that is the

Asterisk 1.8 Realtime Queue not working
I have configured my mysql database by following this link

I have a working ODBC connection and the queueing system already works but I want to store the queues.conf file to a database. Strange queue behaviour
Hello,
I have just installed Asterisk 1.4 and I am playing with it. I've created some
sip accounts and some queues. When I start asterisk I see many queues like
this:
all-phones-r has 0 calls (max unlimited) in 'rrmemory' strategy (0s holdtime),
W:0, C:0, A:0, SL:0.0% within 0s
Members:
SIP/03 (Invalid) has taken no calls yet
SIP/02 (Invalid) has taken no calls yet

Realtime Queues and Agents
I am trying to configure a new server for use in a small Call Center.
I want to use realtime queues and agents and after following the
instructions I can get the queue to show up on the system but no agents.
I am using Asterisk 1.4.4 on a CentOS 5 machine.
I have this in extconfig.conf:
queues => mysql,asteriskcdrdb,queue_table
queue_members => mysql,asteriskcdrdb,queue_member_table

Samba 3.0.9/10, missing 'net rap printq list' on HP-UX?
I have only this platform to try it on, but observe the following
inconsistencies:
(from the manpage for 'net'):
RAP PRINTQ
RAP PRINTQ LIST QUEUE_NAME
Lists the specified print queue and print jobs on the server. If the
QUEUE_NAME is omitted, all queues are listed.

Agent Penalty
Can anyone shed any light on an issue with agent penalties?
I have 2 queues set up with agents working both queues, but where agent
1 should have a penalty for queue 2 and agent 2 should have a penalty
for queue 1. When a call is sent to either queue, it rings agents with
and without penalties at the same time.
I set up a second system and cannot replicate the issue on the test

Queue not sending call to Agent
I am having an issue and i am not sure if it is a bug or a config issue. I
was originally running Asterisk 1.8.1.1 when I noticed this issue. I
upgraded to 1.8.4.2 to see if that would fix it but it didn't.
The issue is that I have a call queue and the agent dials a number to log
into the queue. When someone calls the queue the first time the call is

SPA 3102 unable to detect hangup
Hi,
I have a Linksys SPA 3102 using as ATA. The call routing is : Phone -> PSTN
-> SPA 3102 -> SIP Proxy -> Asterisk
The problem I am having is that when the phone hangs up, SPA 3102 can't
detect it and relay the CANCEL message.
Is this problem with my SPA 3102 config or it just works like that by
default?

Some minor configuration issues with queues
Hello list !
I have some configuration issues with queues, but I'm sure they are
minor and for someone who has already configured queues it could be
trivial.

question about connecting with Mobile Base Station
Hi,
Is it possible to connect Asterisk with a mobile base station to handle call
switching? What kind of protocol will I need to use to convert to sip?
Any pointer or info will be greatly appreciated.

[compat] section in asterisk.conf : compatibility with pipe delimiter
Dear all
after an upgrade to 1.6 from 1.4 (as explained in the UPGRADE-1.6.txt
file) the | delimiter is not working by default.
I've added a compat section in asterisk.conf a
[options]
dontwarn = yes
[compat]
pbx_realtime=1.4
res_agi=1.4
app_set=1.4
And restarted Asterisk, but i still have problem to have the |
delimiter working,

how does "wrapuptime" work in queue.conf
Hi list,
I'd like to have the callers to listen to the advertisement (music on
hold) before the agents answer them. So, I have wrapuptime=10 in
queue.conf, but the call still goes straight to the agents without
delay.
Here's my queue.conf:

Queues, priorities and (miscalculated) holdtimes
Anyone ever noticed that the reported holdtime is wrong when there are
different priorities? Also talktime is 0, but for the moment I don't
care.
"queue show test" reports:
test has 23 calls (max unlimited) in 'ringall' strategy (193s holdtime,
0s talktime)
