Skill based routing
We are trying to implement skill based routing for agents in a support
centre based on the agent login. Has anyone had any experience with this and
what was the outcome?
Can anyone share their ideas on this?

Nortel digital FXO channel bank? Exists?
We have a client with a Nortel PBX with digital phone sets. Due to T1
problems (old firmware), we are interested in trying a FXO channel bank.
Is there a channel bank (or equivalent) which emulates Meridian digital
phone sets? In order words, an FXO channel bank that's Meridian digital?
Thanks
MD

TDM400 hangup issue in China
Afternoon,
I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction. I have an
asterisk PBX deployed in China using a TDM400P based card. The incoming
calls are being picked up correctly, but are not being hung up. I
suspect that this might be an issue with the signaling that has been
selected.
If anyone here has deployed asterisk in china using an analog card, it
would be a great help

I have not seen the second error ever, it would need more information, can you gdb to it and see what the actual value is?

Bug: subscriptions file
If something deletes and recreates the folder, it?s not really the folder

How to limit Apple Mail (desktop)?

When dovecot receives many full body downloads from a client, it could respond by sending the header only.

stubbing a method that yeilds sequential results
I''ve just found myself stuck trying to rspec something so am hoping
someone more knowledgable can help.
I have a Connector class which has a class method ''results'' that
yields results it get from a network service based on a set of
attributes that I pass to it. I am wanting to yield these results
from my Intermediate class up to the next

Does status disappear after worker exits?
Hemant,
From
http://backgroundrb.rubyforge.org/
"Currently, when a worker is deleted/exits, its result/status is also
gone (i.e. you can?t query the status of a worker which is not
running). This behaviour is expected to change in future releases."
Is this still true? I ask because I am checking for a status after a
worker exits and the code seems to work.
Thanks

Workers without rails environment
Hemant,
Thank you for your work on backgrounrb.
In the old version there was the option of creating workers that do
not load the rails framework. Since I was starting these processes as
needed I decided to make use of this so they would use less memory. Is
there a way to do this in the new version? This is not important to me
but just wanted to make sure I was not missing something.

Infinite loop with bcmxcp_usb and Powerware 5115
I'm running Solaris 11 Express (snv_151a X86) with NUT 2.6.0 compliled
from the source tarball and a Powerware 5115. I was seeing the driver
hang, so gave it some '-D's (23 apparently ;-) and found that it seems
to be getting into an infinite loop when reading data from the UPS.
The debug output is attached and I would be very grateful for some
help or advice on what to try next.

test-net.c failure
I meant to disable it when configuring the source, and thus when running make check. The test fails on 2.3.0 only, the 2.2 branch did not have this problem.

Bug: subscriptions file
Sorry for top posting, my client is still broken.
I have never seen the ghost of a "system-alerts" or similar "well-known" mail folder in the past 30 years.
Compliance with an RFC obscure feature is compellong us all to clear subscriptions fol ders by hand.
As we meet the problem over and over again, a non-RFC configuration option could solve the problem, and it would be
