queue_log in mysql and file
Hi, I am using RT engine to log queue_log to a mysql database. My extconfig is [settings] queue_log => mysql,asterisk16_production Logging to mysql is working fine. But I find that the queue_log file now only has QUEUESTART lines for eg: 1250519094|NONE|NONE|NONE|QUEUESTART| 1250519186|NONE|NONE|NONE|QUEUESTART| How can I have queue_log in both db as well as in a file? thanks and

Agent in multiple queues?

Call centre - * hang's up
When agent tries to transfer a phone call (*2 - att transfer) he hangs up. Why? When a phone call isn't from queue then att transfer works fine. In features conf I have *1 for recording, *2 for att transfer and #1 for blind. In queue blind transfer works. For disconnect I have #0. I guess that * is somewhere defined as for hang-up the call, but where? I can't find it anywhere. Any help

Delay in posting of messages to list
Can anyone enlighten me as to why it takes 40 minutes or more for a posting to the list to appear. This seems excessive, as other forums do not take this long. Dave

log to cdr each dialpan action, not only one record for each call
Hi to all. What can i do if a customer needs to log in the CDR all the dialpan actions related to a call? I mean, not only the lastapp e the lastdata but all the dialpan actions! I know that the actual CDR system store one record for each call (and for billing purposes this can be correct) but in some cases the approach needed is something similar to the queue_log. Hi, I am trying to log queue_log to odbc (MS SQL) I have res_odbc.conf configured and modules.conf have preload => res_odbc.so preload => res_config_odbc.so extconfig.conf has queue_log => odbc,asterisk. Cisco phones and Linksys SRW224P
I'm having problem powering Cisco phone's (7940 and 7905) on Linksys SRW224P switch (with PoE functionality). I have tested three phone's, one is working (7905) and two aren't (7905 and 7940). I have plugged all three phones on same switch port with same cable! Do I need to change anything in phone configuration? Is there something wrong with Linksys switch? How can I troubleshoot

MOH native files
Where can I find alaw, ulaw, gsm, g729 formats for native music on hold? I have some mp3 files and I have tried to transcode them to above, but it seams that SOX can't do that. Hi i have to manage a particular implementation for a queue. If the queue hasn't any members logged in (Agent or members i play a message and hangup If the queue has some members logged in i route the call to the user with fewest calls. The second can be implemented using the queue strategy, but the first? Thanks

Voicemail - direct call
Hi list! How to send a call directly to voicemail recording? When I put this exten => 313,n,VoiceMail,u221 Or this exten => 313,n,VoiceMail,b221 In my dial plan, calling person first hears greeting message (busy or unviable). I have defined 4 queue's. Is there any way to check is there any agent logged in any of those queue's? What I would like to do is to check if there is any agent in any of queue's and if there is, then I'll will transfer a call to that queue, it there isn't I would like to do something else with a call.
