Asterisk evaluating CLIP, then getting out of the way
Hi, I've just come upon an interesting question regarding the use of Asterisk as an "Application Server" connected behind a conventional ISDN PBX: The user wants to forward all incoming calls through the PBX to Asterisk over S0-Lines, have Asterisk do some processing (which includes looking up the final internal extension for the incoming call) and then returning the call to the PBX

Zapata Tormenta 2
I have an old zapata tormenta 2 quad port pci card. I'd like to get it working and play with it but was curious to see if that was possible. Does anyone know if it will work for 2.6 kernels, or where I can find decent drivers? I tried getting the tor driver from http://www.zapatatelephony.org/linux-zapata-current/ installed, but didn't get very far. Any input is appreciated.

Zapata?
Whatever happened to the Zapatatelephony project? The last information there is from 2001 and a lot of new cards have been released since. Has GNU hardware development completely stopped?

Free/Open pci telco card
Hi List, While I was surfing the net last week, I found a link for "open source" pci telco cards. I'm not sure if it were isdn or analog related. The layout an all the stuff was free downloadable, so that you can build your own cards. Does anybody have the link? Yes, I know there is google, but i searched for over an hour, but can't find anything. maybe i use the wrong

torisa rev b
?Hola! torisa.c (from zaptel 0.50) says: #define MASTERVAL 0x41 /* Enable E1 master clock on Rev. B board */ Does that mean that there is a torisa revB? If so, are the schematics downloadable from somewhere? (www.zapatatelephony.org only has Rev. A ones) Does the Rev. A support E1? (just changing the DS2151 for DS2153, the DS crystal and closing the E1 jumpers, or something else is

More than 10 open sessions
Hi, we use OpenSSH_3.8.1p1 and we would like to change the complete printer Spool communication from Unix r-Commands to ssh "OpenSSH". Sometimes, we have problems, because of very high connection set-ups in extremely short time intervals, more than 10 open sessions. The connection set-up is partly declined with the error message: ssh_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote

Missing NSPluginWrapper.in ReleaseNotes for 5.2
Hello, I just searched the wiki for info about NSPluginWrapper. It's a plugin for Firefox which creates a kind of bridge between i386-plugins and a x86_64 browser. That aside... Well, looking for the string "NSPluginWrapper" and doing a text-search, the only hit is the Japanese version of the Release Notes!? I don't understand any of the text, but I interpret that the

DAHDI tor2 Trouble on Intel Atom (D510) ?
Greetings, I have a quad port Tormenta 2 PCI card (uses the tor2 driver), which I have been successfully using for some time on an older, power-hungry Intel machine. I recently moved it to a newer machine with an Intel Atom D510 CPU in an effort to save on energy costs, but I cannot seem to get it to work there. Both machines are running Ubuntu 13.10 x64, with DAHDI support coming from the

Samba 3.0.28 with VFS-Module "GPFS"
Hi Rob, on your Info for Version 3.0.25 you pointed out the VFS-Module GPFS for using features of the underlaying GPFS-Filesystem. Also the man-pages-3/vfs_gpfs.8.html points to that module, but I can't find it anywhere. We are using a GPFS 3.2 3-Node Samba Cluster (3.0.24/28) on Dell HW. We would be very glad if it is posible to get - Quota Recognition for our users (we use "max
