Does anybody of you have the winbond w6692 working with the

When loading chan_misdn.so from Asterisk, I get a "No lower Id port:1"

AVM Fritz! + chan_capi + mISDN + PTP
Hello everyone,
I have been using an AVM Fritz! card with chan_capi and mISDN for
quite a while in PTM mode and it was working finely.
Now, I needed more DID/MSN, so I switched to PTP. But now nothing
works anymore :(
I am using Asterisk on Debian Sarge stable and installed Asterisk
along with chan_capi from apt-get. I installed mISDN from the CVS of
isdn4linux.de.
It is :

chan_capi, chan_misdn and chan_modem
Could someone please comment on the current state of chan_capi,
chan_misdn and chan_modem channel drivers in terms of functionality and
stability. Specifically, which channel driver would be best for a
passive PCI HFC or W6692 ISDN card. The chan_misdn wiki claims that
chan_capi distinguishes between junghanns and non-junghans cards, and
that chan_misdn is better suited for general misdn

mongrel_cluster 0.2.2 - plugin cluster::status does not exist?
Hello all. I''ve recently installed the 0.2.2 pre-release of
mongrel_cluster to try out the new --clean option. However, after
installing, when I give a simple "mongrel_rails" command, the
cluster::status command is not listed. The error I receive when I do
try and run the full "mongrel_rails cluster::status" is...

echocancellation in modem.conf
I have a ISDN BRI card with hisax module (w6692) and there is a lot of echo
when I make calls to outside. Between the sip softphones the echo doesn't
exist, but when I call to outside through the ISDN the echo exist.
Is there any sense to put echocancellation in modem.conf ?

Trying to understand mISDN kernel buffer messages...
Hello List,
I have got some questions about mISDN kernel buffer messages
which I posted to the mISDN users list a while ago.
Unfortunatelly I received no feedback at all, so I though I'd share them
in this (wider) context to see if anyone can give any input...
Thanks in advance for any feedback and kind regards,

mISDN problems
Hi all,
we're buildin an Asterisk box based on an Intel IXP425 board.
The board uses a Beronet BN2S0 ISDN card, mISDN 1.1.4 and asterisk 1.4.2.
hfc_multi has been patched to compile under big endian cpu, and so also
capi kernel files.
All the modules seem to load correctly (configuration was made with
misdn-init config), but when starting cha_misdn, asterisk outputs the
following lines:

mISDN & Asterisk 1.4: HFC-S card not responsive
Hi,
I have installed Asterisk 1.4 with mISDN with the
install-asterisk.tar.gz script from beronet.com. On my system I have two
cards, one a AVM Frit!Card Pci 2.0 and one HFC-S chip. I know both to
work well with mISDN on my system from a previous installation.
Now however, the AVM card works well at first glance, i.e. it
"registers" incoming calls and works through the asterisk

I've only been working with Asterisk for a matter of days but have

The card works fine in minitel and dials out without a problem.. However

It is all very confusing due to little information available :)
I have a w6692 PCI card, so
1) What ports or modes i can use it? Currently i am plugged into a T0
port, can it be used? And what's the difference from S0? Please point
me to some reading full of clues.
2) Due to lack of my understanding of the modes i can't seem to get
the right protocol and layermask values for

Asterisk 1.4 and chan_misdn
Hi list,
I installed a fresh Debian/Etch with Asterisk 1.4 and Zaptel 1.4 from
SVN for 2 Digium B410P card. I ran configure in Asterisk dir, went in
zaptel dir and: make, make install, make b410p. Everything is ok. Now I
want to compile Asterisk but can't activate the chan_misdn channel which
depends on -from menuselect- isdnnet(E), misdn(E), suppserv(E)
