Here's more about our setup: P4-3.2GHz 2GB ram Slackware Linux 10.1 with custom kernel 2.4.29 Asterisk 1.2beta1 Digium TE406P quad T1 card with the following attached: - 2 x RBS D4/AMI 24 channel T1s - 1 x RBS B8ZS/ESF 24 channel

TE411P and TE406P stability
I am getting ready to purchase my first Digium card to start experimenting with Asterisk. Before I make my purchase, I wanted to make sure I'm not going to have issues with these cards (need to see what the specs are on my box, 5V or 3.3V PCI ). I will be using Asterisk @ Home, so will be Asterisk v1.0.9. I took a quick poke at the lists, and it appears several people have been having

TE406P seg fault on Stable
I received a TE406P card from Digium yesterday and have done several tests on it and cannot get it working reliably with any Stable release or even CVS v1.0. What are other people that are using the TE406P card using for an Asterisk version? I tried 1.2.0 beta1 and it seemed to function well except for an unrelated issue with the beta release where the manager interface chokes under

success story: TE406P (quadspan with hardware echocan)
I just wanted to post here and let everyone know that the TE406P (quadspan T1/E1 with hardware echo can) kicks some serious ass. We've been running a PRI now for over a year with Asterisk (every single call in and out is through two Asterisk boxes, including faxes) and while the software based echo cancellation is more than adequate, we'd get the occassional "edgy" echo and

Clicks, pops and noise
Hi all, I've got a TE410p connected via T1 to four channel banks (2 FXO and 2 FXS), no PRIs. Some users are complaining that they hear clicks and pops on the FXS lines, generally when they pick up the phone it's noisy. This happens only after a while, e.g. after a fresh restart of everything, all is fine but after some time these noises start appearing. From what I've read on the

fax detection on TE406P
Hi all, I am having problems detecting fax on a client site using the TE406P (card with echo cancellation module) under 1.2 and was wondering if anybody was having or has had similar problems? Currently I can not get the system to detect fax for love nor money, in zapata.conf the relevant entries are set to: faxdetect=outgoing and I have a fax extension in the necessary context. I have taken

Known Working Motherboard/CPU for TE410P
I've been running into some issues with a TE410P and lost audio and similar which I have tracked down to some apparent incompatibilities between the version of Linux I'm running and my hardware - which causes zttest to not get 100% of the samples every time. Instead of fighting this on the machine it's running on (which I don't want to run it on long-term anyways), I'm wanting

Sangoma card dying after 1hour
Hello List I am having a rather big problem with a sangoma A104 card, I just installed to replace a Digium TE410 card, that was acting up. But now we have a problem with the sangoma card. It runs great after being started, and calls proceed as normal, but after about 1 hour, it stops being able to make and receive calls. If I run wanpipemon debug, can see that the card still receives

RE: Stable Hardware Combination Experiences
I have had a tough time finding a good stable combination of motherboard with either a TE410P or TE406P and would like to solicit input for suggestions. Currently, we are utilizing the Supermicro P8SCT. I have disabled the onboard NIC cards and I am currently using a separate 3COM PCI card. I have tried both cards in this board with mixed results. This is the third motherboard we have used and

Yellow Alarm issues with second TE410P installed
Hi, Ok, I put the new TE410 into our system last night - This is the second TE410P card. There is also TDM400P in Slot 5 with IRQ 9 which is shared with aic7xxx (SCSI) According to "cat /proc/interrupts", the new card is in the second slot using IRQ 11 (the first card is in slot 1 on IRQ 10 - but always has been). With only the original card install, there has been no issues with

Motherboard Selection For TE110P & TDM400P
Hey there, What recommendations does anybody have as to motherboards known to work well with the Digium TE110P T1 interface cards and the TDM400P analog POTS interface cards? We currently make use of the TE110P for our T1 (esf w/ b8zs - not a PRI) and have experienced many issues caused by our PBX's motherboard. Additionally, we built a server to become our new PBX, but that machine runs

Dell PowerEdge 1800 and TE410P
Hi, I've been asked to find a server that is capable of running the Digium TE410P card. We usually get Dell PE servers and after a quick look I think the PE 1800 has the required slot: Six Total: 2 PCI Express (x8 lane & x4 lane); 2 x 64-bit/100MHz PCI-X; 1 x 32-bit/33MHz PCI (5v) and 1 x 64-bit/66MHz PCI Has anyone got this hardware, does it work with the card and asterisk? Thanks,
