SIP call hangs up after 20 seconds
Hi,
I have several GXP2000 phones which used to work fine with Asterisk 1.2.
However, after upgrading to Asterisk 1.4.21.2, whenever I initiate a call from a GXP2000, it gets dropped after 20 seconds exactly.
I have "early dial" enabled on the GXP2000 and "pedantic=yes" on the server. If I disable "early dial", all works well ("early dial" or "overlap

chan_unicall and /dev/zap/channel
Hello again :-(
I have a problem with chan_unicall. If I have two simultaneous incoming or
outgoing calls, they sound broken because cpu load goes to 99%. Also with one
call, the cpu load goes to 99%. Seems like device /dev/zap/channel is busy
after 5 or 10 seconds , and chan_unicall does not write to this.

Some questions (maybe Nikotel related)
Hi list,
I have some nontrivial questions. I am no telecommunication guru and I
will explain it with my simple words. I hope someone can help me with
these issues (with Asterisk 1.0.3):
- If I call outside (with Nikotel to German Telekom) there is a remote
hangup after 2 minutes. I've seen other people posting this but nothing
helped. I luckily managed to get around this issue with the

Maybe it works with default delimeter "+", but i plan to move from qmail
system with many existent mailboxes.
Enclosed some configuration/logentries.
Can you give me a hint ?

nested 'while' loops
Hi everyone,
I'm using the following code to go over every element of a data frame (row
wise). The problem I am facing is that the outer 'x' variable is not
incrementing itself, thus, only one row of values is obtained, and the
program does not proceed to the next row.
This is the code:
while(x<=coln)
{
while(y<=rown)
{
n<-as.numeric(df[[y]][x]);

chdir() on NFS
Hi,
I'm having problems accessing home directories though NFS. This setup uses
LDAP and Kerberos. Users defined on the local host work fine. This is what
dovecot writes in the logs while trying to log in as the user johndoe:

GXP-2000 and Configdownload via TFTP
Hi,
i got my Grandstream GXP-2000 phone today and want to configure it
with TFTP. I downloaded the firmware 1.1.0.13 and put it into my
tftp-server directory.
Then I downloaded the template from:
http://www.grandstream.com/DOWNLOAD/Configuration_Tool/Linux_Unix/Grandstream_Configuration_File_Template_1.0.6.x.txt
renamed it to cfg<mac-address>
Did the configuration in the new file and

Call centre - * hang's up
When agent tries to transfer a phone call (*2 - att transfer) he hangs up. Why? When a phone call isn't from queue then att transfer works fine.
In features conf I have *1 for recording, *2 for att transfer and #1 for blind. In queue blind transfer works. For disconnect I have #0.
I guess that * is somewhere defined as for hang-up the call, but where? I can't find it anywhere. Any help

Problem with Userid
I have a problem with a physical user that was removed and recreated
whith same name and different uid. The home dir, the mailbox file and
the index directory where removed and recreated with the new uid/gid.
I can feed the mailbox via procmail, though dovecot-lda complains that
userids do not match:

Coxme Package Error Message Help
Hello: I am new to R Help so hopefully I will have included enough
information to allow for valuable feedback on an error message I am
receiving. I am trying to a fit a mixed effects cox model to binary elk
telemetry data to look at movement decisions relative to other
possibilities (specifically selection or avoidance of risk <- kauf_avg ) in
a matched-case-control framework.

Please help me to produce smoothed contour plots
Please help me to produce smoothed contour plots.
I have dependent data generated at regular intervals of two independent
variables and would like to produce smoothed contour plots - I cannot get
interp (alima) to produce cubic interpolations of the data, only linear
ones. I'm interested in smoothing as the data generation process is
stochastic and produces small variations which I'd

filter data frames
Hello!
I'm looking for an easy way to filter data frames.
Some rows in my data frame needs to be left out,
for instance, rows with invalid data.
Right now, if I want to pair two columns of this data frame,
I have to do this:
> pairs(as.data.frame(list(tstart=df$tstart[valid],tend=df$tend.sdr[valid])))
or this:
