AreskiCC - DOES IT REALLY WORK??????
Hi all, I am quite disappointed at the application AreskiCC. I have installed everything following the instructions but the thing doesn't want to work. First of all, when I start the index.php page, any name/password logs in. After the login it takes me to a page with a single option "LOGOUT" We are monitoring the database and it seems like the application doesn't

FireFly Problem
G'Day, I have a bit of FireFly problem that hopefully someone has seen before. What happens is if I make to or receive a call from the FireFly network the call will connect successfully. However, around 10 seconds after I answer the call I am disconnected. The weird thing is same thing happens if I make a call. I've had a look at the * console and I can't see that my * PBX drops

[OFF] Nested or not nested, this is the question.
Hi, sorry by this off. I'm still try to understand nested design. I have the follow example (fiction): I have 12 plots in 4 sizes in 3 replicates (4*3 = 12) In each plot I put 2 species (A and B) to reproduce. After a period I make samples in each board and count the number of individuals total (tot) and individuals A and B (nsp). Others individuals excepts A and B are in total of

Dear All, I've got a working asterisk installation which I need minor help from. Currently, I'm running a Sales Queue, which is answered by a selected group of people. Here are my queues.conf [sales-hotline] strategy = roundrobin timeout = 10 member = SIP/602 member = SIP/603 member = SIP/701 member = SIP/604 After calls come in, it works fine, however, I notice that even when SIP/602

predicting values from multiple regression
Hey List, I did a multiple regression and my final model looks as follows: model9<-lm(calP ~ nsP + I(st^2) + distPr + I(distPr^2)) Now I tried to predict the values for calP from this model using the following function: xv<-seq(0,89,by=1) yv<-predict(model9,list(distPr=xv,st=xv,nsP=xv)) The predicted values are however strange. Now I do not know weather just the model does not fit

Samba vs NtBackup Round 3.0.5
Hi all, I experienced the same problem with 3.0.4 that Jeremy and Bruno were discussing - NTBackup unable being to connect to shares and erroring out with 'Access Denied'. I have today upgraded to 3.0.5 (using the Debian Woody packages) and that didn't fix the problem. Was the fix in 3.0.5r1 only applicable to 2000/2003 server? I am stuck in the dark ages of NT 4 here, maybe that is a

dev86/vmxloader for debian
Hi all I have built a preliminary debian package for dev86, required to build xen with vmx support. you can get my packages here: http://debian.nsp.co.nz/dev86. I have also trivially patched the rules for xen 3 to build the vmxloader and include it in the resulting packages, my builds/sources for these packages are here: http://debian.nsp.co.nz/xen3/. I''m working with debian-mentors

Merging two files together in R
Hi, Thanks in advance for reading this post. I received some affymetrix genotyping data back recently (250K, Nsp array)…However, in order for me to do any analysis on this data set, I need to add append the annotation file to it. Basically I want to do something that looks like this: Snpfile(tab delimited): SNPID Genotype X Y 123 AA 13.4 1.2

Zaptel on pSeries
Dear All, Has anyone got the Digium range of cards working on pSeries? The card seems to be able to be detected by kudzu (I'm running RHEL3.0AS) btw, but the drivers can't be compiled... Asterisk and libpri worked fine though. Best Regards, ============================== David Choo Sales Engineer Business & Technology Division "Engineered for Changing Businesses" Espore

HiPE calling convention
Hi all I saw presentation http://www.softlab.ntua.gr/~gtsiour/files/erllvm_pres-20111107.pdf and I have couple question to the HiPE calling convention. I am trying to enable HiPE call for Rust compiler. That presentation mentioned that: Virtual registers with “special” use, pinned to hardware registers (unallocatable). Point patterns and igraph
Hi, I have a data set consisting of the x and y coordinate locations of 1600 points. I would like to generate a graph using the functions in igraph. However the graph making functions in igraph requires the data to be in the form of an adjacency matrix. I'd like some advice on how to convert my point pattern to an adjacency matrix or functions out there that would do it directly. I've

pivoting - summing up factors
Hi I would like to know how to pivot a table that will sum the number of plants (a or b) for each location (x,y,z) I have read on the listserve similar questions but which involve summing up numbers rather than factors. I have also read about the R package reshape on the listserve but wanted to know if there's a way to do it easily without the package Thanks for the help! location plant x

(no subject)
Hi all, I'm building a Linux application server to replace 98% of the windows workstations in an enterprise. I'm using Winbind to auth users logging into the server (through kdm/xdmcp) against the existing win2k AD PDC. There are more than 50 different login scripts for the different users and groups. Because this company has no in house Linux support I want to keep it as simple and easy
