AMP - Fax Detections
Does anyone know of any obscur reference for detecting an incoming fax.
I currently have AMP running and everything else is working great.
Installed the spandsp patches and software... using the default AMP
extensions.conf, I start sending a fax, I hear it pick up and transfer
to voicemail after 20s.
Fax is set for system... Here is the detail from the extensions.conf

Receiving Faxes...
Hello,
I think you should handle the fax in the h (for Hangup) extension (which is, after your fax was received), instead of using the priorities following the fax reception (as in your example). Have a look at the different examples in the wiki, like http://www.voip-info.org/wiki-Asterisk+fax:

AMP and Asterisk PSTN extension config
Hi,
I have configured an Asterisk server with TDM01P (1FXO) for testing purpose. The interface I'm using is AMP. I want to configure my extension so that when I dial from my mobile phone to the asterisk line, I want it to transfer the call to any extension, say 3042 and after a particular number of rings, transfer the call to voice mail so that I can record my message.
My Zaptel.conf is as

I'm having a problem receiving incoming faxes and I'm hoping someone

My system is a PBX in a Flash with one dahdi card for my incoming analog

My dahdi-channels.conf file looks like:

spandsp, rxfax, TDM400/zaptel, missed frames, any help?
Sorry in advance if this is a FAQ...
I've got a working Asterisk setup based on A@H 2.2. I have a TDM400
card with 2 FXS and 2 FXO ports; PSTN connections come in via the TDM
card.
I haven't been able to get inbound fax with spandsp and rxfax to work.
Occasionally an all-text fax will come in, though it's usually badly
corrupted, but in most cases, it would appear that the call is

incoming call with no problems... it does the fax detection thing with
app "Answer" and well it goes to the perfectly right context and sets

Efficient Green Thread Context-Switching
Hi LLVM devs,
I’d like to describe my problem, and then propose new features of LLVM which would solve it efficiently.
I'm building a new statically-compiled programming language, and I plan on using LLVM as the backend. The language will have a runtime with cooperatively managed green threads (user-space "mini-threads", each with their own dynamically allocated stack). A single OS

I'm lerning to make my custom configurations. In extensions.conf, there is
#include extensions_custom.conf

IVR Loop on invalid input
We are running 1.2.14 with an IVR in the dialplan.
If I connect to the IVR with a SIP phone (Polycom or Xlite) and press a
couple of digits very rapidly (I found this with 33 on a sticky keypad)
which are an invalid response, Allison will go into a loop saying 'I'm
sorry, that is an invalid response, please try again.' over and over.
This does not happen with a commercial

Re: CallerID name inbound from PRI
XO fixed my caller ID name.
I am using FreePBX and I can include a "wait" to my custom extensions.
Is there a way to add a wait to the whole PRI?
I assume that if I set immediate to yes, I can then have a "s" extension
do the wait, but how would it get from the "s" to the DID extension?
(also, I would rather not answer every call)
Is there a "magic" spot

call queue problems
Hi everyone
I am having problems with my call queue
We currently run a customer care call center which has attendants login
during the daytime. Customers who call the 'customer care line (a specific
number) always get routed to the cutomer care queue (called 124). After
hours, staffs of the Network operating center provide customer care services
for customers who call in after the last
