Hello! I'm having an echo problem with a TDM card. The TDM card is being fed by a channel bank just 12 or so feet away. When you put an analog handset on the line, both the RX and TX volume seem to be just fine. Hey guys, I am trying to diagnose a hum in my FXO lines I am using an Adtran 750 with 8 FXO ports. I am getting a pretty bad hum on the line during a call. I have checked the Telco side of the 66 block and there is no hum there so it's my problem to fix. I have tried to lower the gain but that reduces the call volume to much. We have been experiencing static noise on one of our phone lines connected to our Adtran Total Access 750 which is then connected to a T100P card. I was convinced that, after rain storms, the static would get worse, it was surely a problem of Verizon's. Rich, Thanks a bunch, totally understand now and that actually makes total sense. (no need for schematics). This also explains why I used an TA750 to go into a Nortel MICS system, using FXO and no buzz. Totally balanced load from the analog ports on the Nortel across the 5 feet of CAT5 to the FXO on the adtran. Now I need to get rid of some Adtrans --- Anyone lookin to buy? :) Thanks

Hello All, Quick question here on equipment selection. Is there any benefit to using a bunch of Adtran 850's with RCUs over 850s with BCU L1 to interface with the T400P.
