Hi all, I'm using Asterisk 1.0.9-BRIstuffed-0.2.0-RC8o on box A with a TE410P (EuroISDN cpe) connected to another similar asterisk box B acting as EuroISDN master. Does Debian Bristuffed Asterisk work ignore Beronet cards ?
Hi, we've purchased new Beronet Octobri card and have problems loading modules for stock Asterisk for Debian Sarge (it has bristuff patches in it). when loading qozap it says that no multibri card was found although lspci shows it... There were quite some rumours about bristuff not liking other than junghanns cards, but don't know if something happened.... Anyone recently used this

I have tried Bristuff-0.3.0-pre-1m,n,o,p (Asterisk 1.2.6 to 1.2.7.1) but they all have the same problem it seems: The setup: A machine with a single hfc-s PCI BRI adapter running Gentoo 2.6.15. PickUpChan and Intercept
Hello everyone, I have been asked for "directed pickup" and saw that both "PickupChan" from bristuff and "Intercept" applications do the dirty work. I have tried both on asterisk-1.0.9 ( BRIstuffed-0.2.0-RC8o ) but I always got an error when trying to pick the ringing call. the debug says: SIP/marco-73a0 is ringing -- SIP/marco-73a0 is ringing --

GSM ISDN gateway to quadbri NT port under bristuffed Asterisk - where to set gain (I have unreliable inband dtmf recognition )?
Hi, I'm getting unreliable dtmf recognition (it works fine for 4-5 digits, errors (duplicates) on more), when transferred inband from gsm gateway to NT port of quadbri under bristuffed Asterisk..... Since Asterisk is claimed to have good dtmf recognizer, I suspect there are some settings to workarouned... I've tried dtmf relax, but didn't help, so I suspect gain settings.... Is

[patch] fix for redirect manager action with BRIstuffed Asterisk
Hi, BRIstuff contains two bugs in its implementation of the Redirect manager action: 1. If the property ExtraUnqiueId is used, the Priority property is used to redirect the extra channel (instead of ExtraPriority) 2. If the property ExtraChannel is used, 0 is used to redirect the extra channel regardless of the Priority and ExtraPriority properties. A patch for manager.c is available at

huge problem compiling * on gcc4.x (SUSE 10.0)
Hello to all of you! I'm very new to this list and to asterisk and stuff at all. To build my asterisk server I installed a new machine running the new SUSE Linux 10.0 (retail version on DVD). I need asterisk (tried 1.0.9), bristuff (off junghanns.net, -0.2.0-RC8o) and the florz-patch because I have two HFC-S-ISDN cards in that machine. Now when it comes to compiling I get a huge bunch of

pickup problem on Asterisk 1.2.4
Hi everybody, I'm facing a strange problem after upgrading Asterisk from 1.0.9 to 1.2.4. Sometimes, when receiving an incoming call from pstn, although my sip phones ring correctly (I've got both softphones and hardware phones), noone can pick up the call. Asterisk CLI shows me that the phones are ringing, then nothing happens, so there's no problem _after_ someone picked up, simply

beronet & bristuff
Hi. I'm trying to get a Beronet QuadBRI card work with bristuff drivers. Though qozap module loads right, all card spans are in deactivated status. I'm quite sure my configuration is correct and using a single BRI card instead of the quadBRI the status is active and I can place and receive calls. On Beronet installation manual I read that Beronet and Junghanns cards are identical in

courtesy message calling mobile phones
Hi everybody. Just noticed that when calling a mobile phone, Asterisk doesn't bridge the voice message by telco if mobile is unreachable, but keeps on ringing till it receives a hangup signal. I think this is due to the fact that the message is played without the call has been answered, but I'm wondering if there's some way to let Asterisk realize it. All I see in the CLI is the line

1.0.2-BRIstuffed-0.2.0-RC2b and '*8' calls dropping
I'm using Asterisk 1.0.2-BRIstuffed-0.2.0-RC2b - when anyone picks up a call with '*8' - the call will drop after about 20 or so seconds. Is this a general problem with Asterisk 1.0.2? As this is the latest release that it appears Klaus-Peter Junghanns has for public consumption - is there anything I can patch for just this problem - or has Klaus-Peter Junghanns (or anyone else) been
