mISDN & Asterisk 1.4: HFC-S card not responsive
Hi,
I have installed Asterisk 1.4 with mISDN with the
install-asterisk.tar.gz script from beronet.com. On my system I have two
cards, one a AVM Frit!Card Pci 2.0 and one HFC-S chip. I know both to
work well with mISDN on my system from a previous installation.
Now however, the AVM card works well at first glance, i.e. it
"registers" incoming calls and works through the asterisk

mISDN BRI Asterisk 1.4
Good Evening,
The company I work for is attempting to connect an Cisco ISDN Router to an OpenVOX B200P BRI Card so that we can get it to dial out across an existing ISDN PRI Line also installed in the Asterisk PBX
Everything has compiled successfully and the BRI card has been detected when mISDN is started:

misdn, no free channels, similar to FAQ one
Hi,
Since a week ago I am trying to get chan_misdn working with asterisk
1.4.19, using HFC based ISDN card on Linux 2.6.22.
My setup is done as detailed on wiki and FAQ.
* mISDN and miSDNusers are 1.1.7.2, unpacked, build and installed.
After installation and misdn-init, I have this:

Fw: Re: mISDN BRI Asterisk 1.4
Have you got termination set correctly?
I have a B410P working with 2 x NT and 2 x TE ports successfully.
I had to turn the 100ohm termination on on the NT ports (even though I
have them set as PTP in mISDN.conf).

ISDN and Asterisk
Hi all,
I have a "Cologne Chip Designs GmbH ISDN network controller" and I want to
terminate voip calls via this ISDN card.
My question is:
How I must to wire the ISDN equipment with my ISDN card? With normal cable or
crossover? How I can to check if ISDN card is linked with ISDN equipment?
In this moment I have 1:1 cable between ISDN's, the mISDN is installed
and "misdn

Anybody knows how to setup chan_misdn incoming calls
Hi.
I want to handle incoming chan_misdn traffic by asterisk, but I've got
message - 'Extension can never match, so disconnecting'. What I'm doing
wrong ? How I can pass incoming dialed number (dad) to misdn context (in
my case 'dss1_incoming') ? Works unrouted calls (s extension) if I set
immediate=yes in misdn.conf, but I want to route calls by dialed number.

set caller id on outgoing calls through BRI ISDN lines
I'm trying to set caller ids on outgoing calls.
I have a quad BRI B410P card connected to my telephony provider.
I know the list of DID numbers the provider assigned to my company.
If I don't set the caller id then the callee always sees the same "top-level" number.
If I set the caller id to a specific DID number we own, the callee keeps seeing the "top-level" number,

mISDN problems
Hi all,
we're buildin an Asterisk box based on an Intel IXP425 board.
The board uses a Beronet BN2S0 ISDN card, mISDN 1.1.4 and asterisk 1.4.2.
hfc_multi has been patched to compile under big endian cpu, and so also
capi kernel files.
All the modules seem to load correctly (configuration was made with
misdn-init config), but when starting cha_misdn, asterisk outputs the
following lines:

You're quite right. We'll need to see your misdn.conf file to check the
settings.

chan_misdn troubles
Hello
I have just set up Asterisk Asterisk 1.4.21.2 on a CentOS 5.2 machine.
I am using the OpenVox B200P ISDN card.
My problem is that even though chan_misdn module seems to be loaded
correctly with
Asterisk (I can see it using 'module show' command) the misdn commands are
not available
to me in the CLI so I cannot tell if my box is correctly interfacing with
the ISDN card
Any ideas

Asterisk, mISDN and a Fritz card
Hi,
I've been having problems getting Asterisk to work with a fritz card (in
ptp mode). We've managed to get everything configured, however, as soon
as the call is connected we get "Unhandled message: prim 281 len -22 from
addr 1000000, dinfo 0 on this port"
I checked, and mISDN_dsp is loaded.
Any help would be much appreciated!

[PATCH 3/4] scsi-disk: Factor out SCSI command emulation
Other drives might want to use SCSI command emulation without
going through the SCSI disk abstraction, as this imposes too
many limits on the emulation.
