tapply output
Hello, I am having trouble getting the output from the tapply function formatted so that it can be made into a nice table. Below is my question written in R code. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you. Geoff #Input the data; name <- c('Tom', 'Tom', 'Jane', 'Jane', 'Enzo', 'Enzo', 'Mary', 'Mary'); year <- c(2008, 2009,

Re: [iglance] iGlance audio/video pipeline
(Cross posted to speex-dev from iglance) Enzo -- I haven't tried the fixed point engine, though I've considered it for the WinCE port. For the desktop/laptop edition I'm assuming the slight short->float conversion cost will be made up by the improved performance of the floating point implementation. But I could be wrong: 1) Can anyone recommend whether Speex performs better

Centos / Fedora rpm - issue with openblas
I’ve installed R 3.1 with the latest Fedora rpm (R-3.1.0-5.el6.x86_64.rpm) and I run into some issues with openblas. I’ve documented this with an open question on stack overflow here: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/24158372/openblas-r-3-1-and-fedora-centos-dist Basically before 3.1 I had 3.02 and I was able to install and use openblas following the instruction from official CRAN

Zaptel ISDN BRI settings for The Netherlands KPN
Hi list! I am installing an * box that will be installed on a site with KPN BRI ISDN in The Netherlands. I am using bristuff fron Junghanns. Does anybody know the correct settings for this? I will not have internet access there which makes it harder to google around on location. switchtype = euroisdn is pretty obvious but what about these settings: signalling = bri_cpe_ptmp ; p2p TE mode

asterisk and telewell isdn hfc problem
Hi, I have debian etch 4.0 machine (2.6.18) with two TW-ISDN PCI (Hfc) cards. I use bristuff-0.3.0-PRE-1y-e (asterisk-1.2.17,libpri-1.2.4,zaptel-1.2.16). I also have patched zaphfc with zaphfc_0.4.0-test1_florz-13.diff.gz (I load module: insmod /usr/src/bristuff-0.3.0-PRE-1y-e/zaphfc/zaphfc.ko modes=1 debug=1). So i want to test two cards and make loop between them. So one card would be NT,

Junghanns, Germany ISDN settings
Hi all, I've got a Junghanns QuadBRI card which I'm going to install on a system in Germany Anyone give me some tips on the Jumper settings? I'm guessing it's going to be NT mode with p2p? I haven't used ISDN before. I'm going to also put a Digium TDM400P card in there to plug the analog phones into. I'm just worried about the jumpers and modes. Suggestions

p2p or p2mp for BRI
Hello, I'm a graduate student. We are setting up an IVR system for research purpose on a BRI channel. (We can't afford PRI line as its cost is about 10x of the BRI). The line will be connected to the CTI card. Using asterisk server we will be recording the calls. I'm confused about whether we should apply for point-to-point connectivity or point-to-multipoint. P2P costs more than

Who causes the congestion or can I mix?
Is there a recommended way to find out the cause of DIALSTATUS = CONGESTION for PRI/BRI channels? Currently I am evaluating the DIALSTATUS variable and I also count the active ISDN channels for the ISDN trunk in question. Counting the active ISDN channels seems somewhat clumsy as the mapping to a specific trunk must be done by hand (or write even more code). I have a setup where outgoing calls

(euro)ISDN: complete silence / can't hear a word.
Hello, I just got my isdn-card working together with i4l and asterisk. Everything seems to be working fine: I can accept calls coming from the outside and I can dial out. Even setting the msn works like charm but my problem is that I cannot hear a word. There's complete silence in both directions. Any idea what could be the cause? Connecting quadbri to EuroISDN with 2 TE and 2 NT ports - what cables and settings ?
Hi, I'm trying to connect quadbri between powered ISDN phone and ISDN line: ISDN <---1---> TE - * - NT <--2--> Phone I use quadbri, suse 9.2 and latest 0.2.0-RC7k bristuff. I've used sample settings provided with package, but do get strange error (I think that I have wrong setting for P2P or P2MP setting and cables 1 and 2). If I connect phone to ISDN with straight cable

Protocol Error (6) using Zaphfc
Hi! Has anybody seen anything like this using zaphfc? On outgoing calls (via isdn) , the line gets hung-up as soon as the called party answers. As seen below i get some protocol error (6) - but i'm not sure if this is related to the "hang-up" which apparently comes a little earlier?! Incomming calls on the isdn (zaphfc) interface is working just fine (P.S. what about the

Anyone using National ISDN (NI-1) BRI under Linux?
I have a North American BRI configured as National ISDN (NI-1) on an SBC (Nortel?) switch. SBC calls this "FastTrak ISDN", and it's surprisingly inexpensive -- less than two POTS lines. I've been trying to find an inexpensive PCI interface solution to connect this to Asterisk as voice lines. I prefer ISDN BRI over POTS lines because of the improved signalling, fast dialing,

Question about EuroBRI final 2 digits
Hello, I have an installation in Austria; ISDN service provided by Austria Telekom. The main number of the service is 6 digits. Incoming calls may contain 2 additional digits, which I then use to route the call to the correct extension. Telekom sends me all the digits. My problem is that when someone tries to dial an 8 digit number to an extension from an outside analog phone, AT sends the call
