Another problem on queues
Hello all,
I have been posting some questions about this problems that I cannot yet solve, but I think I have a better diagostic, so maybe someone can give me a clue why it is happenning.
I have Asterisk + AMP configured as a PBX with a Customer Center Queue with 4 agents that login/logout dinamically.
If there are no agents, queue timesout and gets derived to another queue that somebody

no ring to callers?
OK, i've got asterisk @ home 1.3 up and running with Broadvoice.
BUT I have one nagging problem to sort out. When you call my BV # the
calling party gets no ring indication, just silence until either I
answer the phone, or the call bounces over to voicemail. below is the
console output when a call is recieved. what am i missing here?

problem with callerid ( SetCIDName )
I don't succed in getting callerId on incoming calls on a zap trunk.
I am using a zaphfc card
When a call is received, one line in asterisk pbx says
-- Executing SetCIDName("Zap/32-1", "") in new stack
second parameters should be the caller ID, but it is not set
The callerid is not hidden at source, so I think that is some kind of
setting in zapata.conf

No ringing tone on outgoing SIP trunk
Hi!
I have configured a SIP trunk with a dialing rule.
The trunk behaves normally for incoming calls but when in used for
outgoing call a strange thing happens.
When I place a call I cannot hear the tone confirming that the remote
phone is ringing. I simply hear the voice as soon as the party picks up.
When the remote phone start ringing Asterisk receives a SIP packet
stating that the call is

Extensions go straight to voicemail
Hello,
I have setup a test server with asterisk/AMP and have several 7960's
connected to it. The asterisk server has a public ip and all the
7960's are behind nat'd routers. When I try to call from extension
to extension I get directed straight to voicemail. I do not have any
cards installed and instead direct everything to an Ondo server. I
have been told it's not an AMP

Newbie question reg. Asterisk and Channel Access Bank I and TE110p
Hi,
I have some problem to get this setup working. I have a CAC Channel
Banl I, with FXO and an Asterisk box ( I am using Asterisk@Home 1.2)
and I have a TE110p installed in this box.
What I want to do is, just to be able to dial one of those lines that
already are connected to the channel bank, and transfer that call
through TE110p and Asterisk to a user agent somewhere through
Internet.

ASterisk@home + Broadvoice = Almost working installation...

AAH 1.1 cannot call between extensions (xten lite softphones)

I've installed AAH 1.1 on my VIA C3 powered mini PC. I've made the necessary
changes to the * makefile, so the compilation went well. The first thing I
did was configuring two extensions from AMP, namely 200 and 201. Then I
installed X-lite on two PC's and configured them with one of the extensions:

SIP-Trunk problem, Please help!!!
Hi,
We are using VOIP-SIP gateway to route outbound PSTN calls.
Recently, I am getting == No one is available to answer at this time
message, after making 5 SIP attempts (Retransmitting #5 (no NAT):),
and the calls are going out through alternate Zap-trunk.
I do not see any hit (sip-debug traffic) on the voip-gateway for the failed calls.
Strange thing is that this is happening randomly,

Drop calls when using Flash Operator Panel
Whenever I try to drag calls to the Parking Lot or On Hold, FOP would
drop my calls. I have searched online and have found
similar problem, such as the link below. I have tried their solution
but still the FOP is not working correctly. I even installed the
HUDLite server and is getting the same results.

Blind Transfer Won't Hangup
I'm using FreePBX 2.5.2.2 with Asterisk 1.6.1.4. If I make a call and
then decide to blind transfer them using ## my side of the call is not
hung up. Instead it sends me to voicemail. If somebody calls me and
then I blind transfer them with ## I am hung up on as expected.
I called from 8678 to 28688. I then transferred the call to 8532.

Queue Questions
I am having a problem with the Call Queue Feature.
If I let a user into the Queue prior to an agent being available for
them to take the call, they experience the following:
1) they hear that they are the first in line
2) when the agent finally logs in (the caller on hold in the
queue is sent to the users phone)
3) the AGENT is still in the login phase hearing that they are

Mediatrix 1204
Hi -
I've recently bought a mediatrix 1204 and have had a complete nightmare
getting it up and running with an asterisk@home setup. I know this isn't a
mediatrix list but I'm at my wits end and the support with this product is
atrocious. (mine was even shipped with firmware that was incompatible with

Queue Call Disconnection
There is an environment Setup uses Asterisk 1.2 and doesn't want to upgrade.
There is an issue while a call goes to any queue we create, the call is being disconnected after 20 seconds and it is hangup.

Outbound Routing does not use Multiple Trunks
Hello,
I have a TDM400 and currently have 2 of the ZAP Trunks configured
on it. Zap/1-1 and Zap/2-1. I am Running Asterisk@home Version 2.4
with AMP version 1.10.010
In my Outbound Routing I have the Trunk Sequence set up so that 0 is
Zap/1-1 and 1 is ZAP/2-1 What I see is that when Trunk Sequence 0 is
full, it does not open Trunk Sequence 1. I have found that this is true

Voice Mail woe

i have installed AAH 2.6 and configured some extensions
the calls are working fine. but if i dont answer a call then

Aastra ignore call button hangs up call instead of going to voicemail
I have a Asterisk server (PBX in a Flash) with Aastra 57i phones. When
there is an incoming call the phone will display two buttons "answer"
and "ignore". If you press "ignore" the call is dropped instead of sent
to voice mail. The following is the log:

External IAX2 phone defined as internal behaving as from PSTN
Have asterisk@home 1.2.1
The server is on an internal network eg 10.10.10.10
It is NAT'd 1:1 via Checkpoint firewall to external public IP eg
50.50.50.50
The remote IAX2 phone (ATCOM320) is configured to call 50.50.50.50 on
extension 1055.
Outbound calls to 1055 work perfectly.
Inbound calls from 1055 get picked up as if it were an external call
(see below) and goes straight to the ring

Dead Incoming call - Sangoma A200
Hello List,
I am having a strange issue with a trixbox system we installed for a client, and I would appreciate any help on this one. The issue is that occasionally when they go to answer an inbound call from the Sangoma A200 - there is no one there, and they are presented with dial tone. The calling party is hung up.
A bit of background:
The client actually has two systems install (one at
