queue log analyser?
hi I really want a good queue_log analyser, but I don't want to waste > EUR 1000 for something like that, so I thought starting a small project for it. I started off in php just creating a basic parser for the log, and I'll go on extending it. Queue_log stats
I'm in search of useful ACD type statistics from the queues. Ie talk time, ratio's, dropped calls etc. The flat file queue_log is nice, but more useful would be the data in Postgres or Mysql. Unfortunately the queue module does not yet support ODBC DB logging (yet). In the meantime this quick and dirty hack gets the job done. Replace the flat file with a unix named pipe.

Abandoned queue calls do not produce a CDR?
Hello everyone, I've just upgraded from 1.6.1.9 to 1.6.2.13. I have noticed that (after the upgrade) abandoned calls within the Queue produce no cdr at all.
