Digium vs. Sangoma
I don't mean to be a troll in any way shape or form. I was on IRC last night and I observed the following convo. below. What do you guys make of it ?
[02:14] <bkw__> Let me tell you how chidlish digium and Mark Spencer is. I walk into a restaurant with them all here at Astricon wearing my sangoma shirt and he asked me to leave.

NMI issues...
I have read thru what other users have tried in this list when they have
experienced seemingly similar issues to what I have, without success. I
suspect there might be an issue regarding both the X100P and TDM04b cards
being used in an Intel SE7525GP2 motherboard, as I had to even wait for a
BIOS update from Intel in order to utilize my 3ware 9500 SATA raid
controller on it (3ware Kb -->

PCI PERR's w/Digium cards
Greets, everyone.
I was wondering if anybody has experienced PCI PERR's (parity error?) when
using either the X100/101 series cards or the TDM400 series cards. I have
an Intel SE7525GP2 motherboard which registers PCI PERR upon
initialization of either of the cards, though otherwise the card seems
operational (I have used it to make calls without a problem). I have
tried different slots,

Compiling kernel 2.6.12.2 with gcc-3.4.3-22.1
Hi. I just have a quick question that maybe some of you might know.
I'm thinking of compiling a new kernel (kernel 2.6.12.2) for my system
which is running CentOS 4 (updated to 4.1 using yum). I downloaded the
kernel tarball and read in the docs that for stability gcc 2.95.x (x>=3)
might be best to compile the new kernel. With an "rpm -q gcc" command I
see that I have

sliding window analysis with rollapply
Dear List members
I want to do the sliding window analysis of some specific values. Here is my code:

dat <- read.table("chr1.txt", header = TRUE, sep="\t")
dat2 <- cbind(dat[1,3]) #The first column is also important. It represents the position of the site on the chromosome.
TS <- zoo(c(dat2))

Compiling on AMD64 with a cross-compiler
Hello.
I'm still trying to get the latest (post 0.9.60) wine releases to build on
my laptop; it is a SlAMD64 installation.
I used to compile ok up to 0.9.60; then from 0.9.61 on it refused to
compile.
I tried lately to compile this way:
CFLAGS="-I/test/alsa/lib32/include" \
LDFLAGS="-L/usr/lib -Wl,-rpath-link,/usr/lib -L/test/alsa/lib32/lib

Once again... strange StarCraft battlenet issue.
Hi everybody,
I know this problem have been posted a few times, but that one is a bit different and seems to be still unresolved. I use Wine 1.0 on my laptop with 2 operating systems (Slamd64 Linux and MS Windows XP). When I play StarCraft on Battlenet under Windows it's all perfect, but when I run it with wine - there are huge lags which make the game unplayable. Computer is conected by a

YET Another echo issue PRI CARD Any help accepted :-)
Good Day all,
I have a Fractional PRI connected to my Asterisk Box via a T100P
card.
When I initiate a call out to phone number 123-8888 the call
sounds great no echo what so ever.
If the person at 123-8888 hangs up and calls me right back (same
handset on both sides) same trunk line
The call always has echo on it. The Asterisk sip extension
hears them selves echoing. The remote party

dma_alloc_coherent issue with tg3 in x86_64 build
During boot of dom0, I get the following. Box is remote, so I''m
now waiting for proxy power button pusher ;-) tg3 init fails doing
dma_alloc_coherent (I assume this is from tg3_init_one -> tg3_test_dma ->
pci_alloc_consistent -> dma_alloc_coherent). Looks like an issue with
the amount of memory in dom0. Is this known?
thanks,
