Emergency Asterisk Guru Help needed EMERGENCY
911 Help!
I accidentially deleted all directories under /var/spool/asterisk
I did use the backup facility not too long ago but cannot find the
process for restore.
However, I don't believe a full restore is needed -- I just need to know
the names of the directories under /var/spool/asterisk and re-create
them (I hope!). Can some kind soul give me some direction or tell me
the directory

Use ISP's SIP account for IP-PSTN gateway
Hi,
I'm thinking of introducing Asterisk on Linux for IP PBX.
Now I'm using ISP that has VoIP service and I have VoIP terminal box for
that ISP and a SIP account for SIP server of the ISP.
Now, what I would like to do is the following.
A. Setup IP PBX on Linux by using Asterisk.
B. For IP-PSTN gateway, configure Asterisk to use my ISP's SIP account and
connect to my ISP's IP

The qdiscs add fine, and show as expected, but I can''t for the life of me
get the filter to apply.

Time/clock issues with Xen 3.0.3?
The time appears to be perfect inside dom0, however all the domU''s
tend to have a slightly faster date which gets further out of sync
every day.
I''m currently using Xen 3.0.3 with Gentoo Linux, under 3.0.2 I had no
problems with domU clocks. Are there any known issues which could
cause this? I''d strongly prefer not to run ntpd in every domU,
having all domU clocks in

it to my "production" box which is Fedora FC3. I moved the entire rails

Hi,
I''ve set up identical (what I think) machines using SLES 10 x86_64, but a new one
of those is saying frequently in /var/log/messages:
kernel: bond0: received packet with own address as source address
A short summary of ifconfig looks like this:

General Question: WinXP autodomain?
Hello List,
I am using Samba as PDC for some time now and I want do make the process
of joining the domain somewhat more elegant ;)
I use partimage to deploy images of my Windows XP-installation to the
computers in my lab. In order to automate the process of joining these
computers to the domain, I use some small perl-scripts.

I thought about making v1.1.5 release today, but then thought maybe I'll
make an RC instead since I did quite a lot of changes this weekend. So
please try and see if there are any bugs left. I'll make the final
release in a couple of days.
The largest changes since v1.1.4:
