While most cell phones are fine, some cell phones don't seem to produce DTMF digits that Asterisk/Zapata will detect. One of our salespeople has an AT&T model that never gets any digits through. Hi, I'd like to set Asterisk to use cell phone as members of a queue. The thing is, because people go offline and online in an unreliable way, I'd like to have some way to define that if somebody does not answer a call (and isn't already on a queue call), he's considered offline for 60 minutes, than the queue can try him again.
