broadvoice??
Does anyone have any useful contact information for Broadvoice? I've
been unable to call Argentina from my Broadvoice line for almost a
month now. Their techs keep telling me they're "looking into it" but
I get no real information. I've had several other tickets open for
almost 8 months now.
I called their PR company this morning and apparently they dropped

[LLVMdev] Compilation problem with JIT/Interpreter
Thank very much for this answer,
so my last question will be: is it possible to use the LLVM JIT on a PS3
with Yellow Dog 6.2 distribution, instead of the LLVM interpreter, by using
the PPE as it seems to be similar to 64-bit PowerPC processors?

Yellow dog linux install?
Hello folks
I am attempting to install R on a series of Apple G5 machines which are
running Yellow Dog Linux 6.0. Has anyone had success with this, and is
there something I should be doing which I am not?
Upon configure, I receive the error message:
checking whether mixed C/Fortran code can be run... configure: WARNING:

Script to Restart Zaptel
We are runnign into problems where our legacy PBX reaches a frame loss
threshold and takes it's T1 card offline (the T1 card that interfaces with
the Asterisk servers TE110P). During this time, the Asterisk server senses a
Yellow alarm.
We've noticed that if we quit asterisk, stop zaptel, start zaptel, start
asterisk that the alarm condition clears on the legacy PBX.

Apple implementation
I am new to Asterisk and Digium card implementation issues. My VAR is
strongly recommending using Apple hardware and Yellow Dog Linux for my
telephony project, because of his familiarity with this OS. Is the PowerPC
an appropriate and stable hardware platform for Digium/Asterisk development?

Compiling Asterisk under Yellow Dog
Hi,
I am trying to compile Asterisk under Yellow Dog 3.0 distributionn.
I am getting an error
gcc -shared -Xlinker -x -o codec_gsm.so codec_gsm.o -lgsm
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lgsm
May be I need packages that my distribution does not include?
What do I need to download to get it compiled?
Thanks

Samba performance with large directories
Hello,
I have a samba server on OpenPower (SUSE SLES9) and a DS4300 storage
attached. There is a lot of data (8 TB mp3 files). Some directories
contains more then 250.000 files. The application is a music playbox in a
huge CD shop: you can take a CD hold it under the scanner and after the
barcode is scanned it starts playing the first CD track (for 30 seconds).
All files are exactly 125K in size.

IBM GPFS filesystem
Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone might be able to speak about using IBM's GPFS
filesystem as a means of storing virtual guests in a clustered environment
with CentOS as the nodes and KVM as the hypervisor?
I'm looking at using IBM's TSM software for archiving data from disk to
tape. This requires buying a license for GPFS which is used in conjunction
with TSM but can also be used

Plotting iregular time series
Hi,
I have several time series that I need to plot on the same plot.
There are 3 problems with these series:
1. they do not start or end at the same times
2. they have different time intervals (seconds, minutes or hours)
3. they all have random missing time steps of a few step to longer
periods of several days
The data is imported from a database as POSIXct so that the first column
