Install app_rxfax and app_txfax in 1.4 with Lenny
Hi, I've read README file in agx-ast-addons-1.4.17.5.tar.bz2 It says "Install libTiff >=3.8 and <4.0" Should you really use this agx-ast-addons to get app_rxfax and app-_txfax running with latest 1.4.22 ? If positive, should you take this libtiff warning into account ? If positive, where can you find such libtiff version as Debian repository (I didn't check alternate

rxfax trouble on bristuffed capi
Hi all, My BRIstuffed 0.2.0-RC7k is running fine on my debian box for voice calls over ISDN2. Now I want to implement receiving incoming faxes into my setup so I did a google and some reading on the wiki. I got the spandsp 0.0.2pre10 package compiled and installed, patched asterisk's apps makefile and compiled * again. This all worked out fine. When integrating the RxFax into my dialplan the

Using answering machine in my phone
Is this supported? I have a very simple setup where I have 2 X100P cards and a TDM10B. The TDM10B is connected to a phone that has a digital answering machine built into it. If I make an inbound call on either X100P interface it gets transferred to the TDM10B interface. If I let it ring the TDM10B interface answers the call and the greeting message of the answering machine starts. Then shortly

No Dialtone
So I have an X100P, and a TDM10B both working (at least I think they are). The drivers have been loaded and ztcfg -vv shows no errors in the configuration of two channels. When I run asterisk -vvvc and pick up my phone (plugged into TDM10B), I don't gear a dialtone. in phone.conf, I have [interfaces] mode=dialtone format=slinear ... Shouldn't that produce a dialtone when I pick up the
