TDM cards and Asterisk
I have put a box together using 2 X100P and 2 TDM400 4port cards. No dial-tone with X101P FXO card
Hi, I installed a 1-port FXO on my Ubuntu 8.4. I was earlier only hearing a fast clicking sound and now I am not hearing any dial-tone. The FXO card has 2 slots: [phone | line ]. I hve connected the wall-phone-input to the "line" slot and "phone" to my home-phone. I do not hear any dial-tone on my home-phone. Asterisk seems to recognize my hardware....here are the relevant

Beginners help
Hi, I recently purchased two X100Ps and a TMD40B. I have set everything up according to the instructions however I can't get asterisk to pick up an incoming call (It just keeps ringing). Also, when I pick up an internal extension I get dead air. I searched the mailing list for 3+ hours -- What am I missing? Thanks in advance for your help. Here are the installion steps that I used:

Adding two FXO cards - not working

Zaptel FXO offhook when connected to PSTN
I installed Trixbox and a TDM400P with 2 FXO and 2 FXS ports and am having an annoying issue with the FXO ports. As soon as I plug either one into the phone line it's as though the line is disconnected i.e. get disconnected tone when trying to dial out, line is busy when dialling in. problem about voice when using TDM2400p with VPMADT032 echo canceller module
hi you, I'm having problem with voice quality on my trixbox using TDM2400B.The trixbox is connected via 20 FXO ports on a TDM2400 with the hardware echo cancel module. Echo cancel almost works, but the users hear what they describe as a 'background crackle/buzz' coming back when they talk. anyone have the same problem? pls help me. thanks a lot. my trixbox and config

Newbie needs help - Dev_Kit_Lite installation problem
Installing DevkitLite hardware (Very similar to John Lange's post on Tue Oct 08 2002) I cannot get anything to work on the phone connected to the s100u. I dont know what to do. Unable to load module chan_zap.so
I am having trouble with chan_zap.so not loading. When I load it from modules.conf, Asterisk bails out without any error message.
