Cisco 79xx XML Apps (was: Re: Cisco Directory Format)
Do you know where to find clear developers' guides (with some examples) for developing apps that run *on* Cisco 79xx phones (especially the 7970)? Examples that can run against Asterisk (not CallManager) with SIP firmware (not SCCP), and/or LDAP directories (or other open servers) would be best. CISCO 7940 and directory/services problem
I have quite successfully set up the Services button to work on the 7940 running SIP. I have a metric-imperial converter, a foreign exchange rate calculator, a calendar etc available to users. The XML is really fussy though. Simon -----Original Message----- From: asterisk-users-admin@lists.digium.com [mailto:asterisk-users-admin@lists.digium.com] On Behalf Of Rich Adamson Sent: Thursday, 1

Manager API - ExtensionState help please.
I'm not having any luck getting the ExtensionState action of the Manager API to work. The response is always success but the Status is always -1 which to me means an error. Here is a typical telnet session. ----------------------------------- stockholm:~ # telnet localhost 5038 Trying ::1... telnet: connect to address ::1: Connection refused Trying 127.0.0.1... ring group failure with "ExtensionState: 4"
New installation from AsteriskNow 3.0.0 with asterisk 11 and freepbx, running Digium D40 and D70 phones. Direct-dialed extensions work fine, but extensions in RingGroup won't ring - dialparties.agi apparently removes them from the dialstring pre-emptively: dialparties.agi: EXTENSION_STATE: 4 (UNKNOWN) dialparties.agi: Extension 2010 has ExtensionState: 4 What can I do? Describe your dovecot architecture, ie. if you are running a single backend or a more complex configuration. 4. Provide a backtrace of the core dump using the instructions on https://dovecot.org/bugreport.html br, Teemu On 04.05.2018 01:13, Andr? Rodier wrote: > On 02/05/18 22:17, Andr?

computing functions with Euler's number (e^n)
I am trying to create a set of wavelets in frequency space--namely Cauchy wavelets for an intensity analysis (von Tscharner, 2000). The wavelets are defined by the following formula: [(f/cf)^(cf*scale)]*[e^((-f/cf)+1)^(cf*scale)] where *f *is frequency of length *n*, *cf* is center frequency (defined below) and is an array of *j *columns and *n* row, and scale is a constant. cf = (1/scale)*(j

Missing hits when performing full-text searches
Hi, we're running Dovecot 2.1.7 together with Solr for efficient fulltext search. A couple of days ago we reinstalled our Solr server on a new machine. After adjusting our Dovecot setup to use the new server, it took a few days to notice that something seems fishy about our full-text search: expected hits wouldn't be shown among the search results. For instance, one of the folders (a
