digitnetworks card issues?
Hi, I've purchased two x100p clones, and when I try accessing a line from asterisk with something like this: exten => _1NXXNXXXXXX,1,Dial(Zap/2/{$EXTEN}) (is that only supposed to put you on channel 2 or actually dial the # for you?) but I first hear noise, then a dial tone, but as soon as I start dialing numbers I get feedback and noise, and the call doesn't go through. Asterisk Problem or Polycom Problem
We are in the process of testing * for company wide deployment. We are using Polycom 300 phones, the only problem that I am running into is when I call an 800 number that has an IVR I get disconnected after about 60 seconds. Here are the logs from asterisk. I am not sure if this is a problem with asterisk timing out or if it is the phone. To me this looks like asterisk is timing out.

X100P and Mitel SX-2000 Light
I've configured an analog/single line off my mitel sx-2000 to a x100p card in my *, however when the remote caller drops the line I get a dialtone back from my pbx and the x100p doesn't detect the end of the call. Any way I can tell * to drop? I've tried call progress but it doesn't seem to work...

We are using Asterisk release 1.0.5 Randomly the calls will drop less than a minute into the call. The Debug messages at the

X100P random hangups.
I have a couple of X100P's in my system and while on calls they just randomly hang up for no reason. I have tried messing with the busydetect and callprogress setting them to yes and no same and still random hangups. Is there another setting I should be looking at? My zap config looks like. context = inbound-work include => extensions signalling

Dial-In/Out Modem Zap Channel Config. Adtran 750
I've been trying to get a Win 2000 RAS server working with my asterisk PBX for quite some time, to no avail. I've googled, I've tried loads of configurations, I've rewired phone lines, and still I am not winning the battle. Here's my config. PRI->T400P->Asterisk->T400P->Adtran 750(L36 Firmware)->RAS Server. I have 4 Zap channels signalled FXO_KS to the 750

Zap channels in AU hanging up on STD pips
Is anyone having/had a problem with a TDM400P card hanging up on STD outbound calls as soon as the called party answers. I'm guessing that * is responding to the STD pips in some way. -- Howard. Why do Zaptel calls drop all of a sudden? Could busy detect be the problem?
Hi Guys, I am getting a complain that call on analogue lines (Sangoam A400D) drops all of a sudden. Here is what I see in logs: [Jul 28 15:49:08] DEBUG[21438] dsp.c: ast_dsp_busydetect detected busy, avgtone: 75, avgsilence 135 [Jul 28 15:49:08] VERBOSE[21438] logger.c: -- Executing [h at macro-dialout-trunk:1] Macro("SIP/2111-b6a400b0", "hangupcall|") in new stack [Jul

TDM11B Hang up detection not working in France ?
Hello, my config : aah 2.6 (asterisk 1.2.4) , centos 4.2, 1 TDM11B (1 Fxo / 1 fxs ), 1 phone, 1 softphone I'm in France When someone from PSTN calls and hangs up before the call is answered, internal extension keeps ringing until timeout occurs. PSTN line keeps busy. Hangup detection doesn't work. I've played with different paremeters (callprogress, busydetect, busycount,

busydetect and X100P hangups
FYI to anyone else who may be experiencing random hangups; I removed the busydetect=yes lines from the conf files on my asterisk servers, and haven't had a hangup since. I had done that once before and it didn't seem to have much of an effect, so I'm not breaking out the champagne yet. But so far over dozens of calls both made and received since I took that line out, I

busydetect and random hangups
Hi, I'm having random hangup problems with zap channels. If I turn busydetect off in Zapata.conf, * fails completely to detect a user hangup in the middle of a script. On the other hand, if I turn it on, everything works much better, but long calls tend to be hung up without a motive. Any other parameter that I can try? Any #define that I can tweak and recompile? Will callprogress

problems with analog interface to PBX
Folks, For the last few days I've been trying to experiment with a Panasonic PBX and an X100P but have run into quite a few problems which I am not sure if they can be solved with this type of card (how about TDM01B?) 1) I wanted to use *'s IVR capabilities, so I routed the calls to the extension where the x100p was connected to. Asterisk should answer the call, playback a message,

Problem with busydetect and cell phones
I have a very strange problem I'm hoping someone has encountered already. I've scoured the internet for an answer to this one. My phone company provides no disconnect supervision. Hence I'm forced to use the busydetect feature. I have a TDM400 with two FXO ports. If I call from an internal extension to a landline and then hangup the landline Asterisk detects the busy signal

Using Call Progress
I'm attempting to use callprogress in my system, and I'm having trouble. Callprogress always can tell if the line is busy or ringing, but when the line is answered, the call does not get bridged. Messages showing that "line is ringing" stop in the console and if the called party hangs up, asterisk reports the line is busy. Are there any settings that I could use to help with

Hangup Issues on TDM40B FXO Australia
Afternoon all, After doing some test on my asterisk box I can successfully receive calls to my Asterisk PBX to a SIP phone from The Telstra PSTN network Dial out from a sip phone is also not an issue, all calls connect and terminate normally. If I call the Asterisk PBX say from PSTN in Zap1-1 and out through ZAP2-2 back to the PSTN (after entering the correct pin off course) the card does not

TDM400P and AGGRESSIVE_SUPPRESSOR dropping calls
Hi, I had been using 4 X100P cards in my Asterisk box, but 2 of them were sharing an interrupt. Therefore, periodically I would hear beeps and clicks that I had assumed were a result of this. So, I ordered a TDM400P with 4 FXO modules and installed it in the box last night. Today, we've had nothing but problems with it dropping calls. I installed the latest CVS of everything, and we've

Random dropped calls...
I have a customer running Asterisk 1.2.13 with Zaptel 1.2.11 that is having calls dropped. Sometimes you can stay on the phone for a long time and sometimes the call is dropped within a minute. There are 9 lines connected to 3 TDM04B cards. The Panasonic Pbx we replaced did not have this problem. There are 8 SIP phones and 16 analog phones connected to two Astribank-8 units and everyone
