similar to: Asterisk up & running, now what?

Hi, Anybody here from the UK using Asterisk at home? I'm looking for a SIP phone which will work with Asterisk and not leave me broke! I got one of the Tecom ones from Solwise but it refuses to login to Asterisk server for some reason. May have to send it back. What are the other options please? Thanks Mike

If i leave my asterisk server running for a long time then try to dial outbound on the zaptel channel i get this high pitch static noise and won't dial out. This behavior is happening over two different servers i am using. Rebooting asterisk does not sovle the problem. I rmmod the zaptel driver then reload and that solved the problem. Hi I was doing some bandwidth testing, and my incomming usage is 36% more than my outgoing bandwidth. The setup is IAX2 trunking using GSM codec.
