Call Center software opensource or commercia l
Hello, We use and develop the astGUIclient suite. It is Open-source(as in GPL) and offers Inbound and Outbound call center functions with reports, ACD, monitoring, recording and very basic IVR scripts. Complex IVR functions need to be custom programmed within Asterisk but that is not really that hard. It works across multiple Asterisk servers and we are using it currently at 5 locations including

Getting JPilot working
I am trying to get JPilot working. I have configed gnome-pilot-applet, but it is not talking to the USB connected Treo650. My Treo has my name as the user, so from the applet, I see also a userid (my UID on this system it seems). I try to put that on the Treo and nothing happens. I have enabled the Backup Conduit. I am using /dev/pilot, which shows up when my Treo is connected via its USB

Cut'n Paste slow in Word 2002(sp-2)
Hi When using cut'n paste in word on a 2MB document with different formattings, the paste takes 3 seconds to appear. Tried samba 2.2.8 3.0.1 3.0.2, used different options in speed.txt. Nothing helps. The problem doesn't exsist on a 50KB document, or if i convert the 2MB document to older word 6.0(its size increase to 10MB). Server is SunFire 280R,Antares Quad Gigabit ethernet, Solaris 9.

OT: MWI on Treo 600/650
My cell vm goes to asterisk, not the carrier. Apparently MWI is turned on/off with specially formatted SMS messages. Anyone know how to do this on a Treo 600? Having the phone light from Asterisk would be HUGE ... not to mention extremely cool. dbc.

Semi-OT: OpenSource DRM server on CentOS?
Hello, all - I understand that this is moderately OT, but hey, since I plan on running it on top of CentOS.... ;) Please bear with me. For our company's internal use of protected media, I have been asked to investigate any and all kinds of OpenSource DRM servers/services. I wouldn't imagine that (if this exists) an OpenSource DRM server daemon would exist on the stock CentOS release,

cpu leveling on opensource xen on sles
We currently run xen on sles11sp1 and sles11sp2. Our hardware is HP Compaq DL360''s. We originally started with G6''s, but now we''ve grown and have G7''s and G8''s in the mix. We don''t do a lot of live migrations but is convenient to be able to at times. Is there any type of cpu leveling that can be done so live migrations will work with servers
