Home Theater Thing
I checked Best Buy again. The second system I recommended is in stock at the Best Buy in Warwick. It's on sale for $353. :) http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=8254569&type=product&id=1169512522677 I'm thinking about getting out of Dodge today to unwind so if you pick it up early today I can come up and help you install it and then just come home later in the day.

LDAP NULL BASE Search Access to Samba4
Recently, i scanned my samba4.1 server by Nessus (a vulnerability scanner tool - http://www.tenable.com/products/nessus) Nessus says that Samba4 is vulnerable to "LDAP NULL BASE Search Access" as "The remote LDAP server may disclose sensitive information." Further it says that - The remote LDAP server supports search requests with a null, or empty, base object. This allows

[OT][Practices] The Case for RBAC/MAC

[LLVMdev] MC: Object file specific parsing
Hi Matt, After looking at this again I don't think this approach is really tenable. I'm going to start hacking on an alternate approach, which should end up with the same result. Please ping me again if you don't hear anything in a day or two. - Daniel On Mon, Jun 28, 2010 at 12:52 AM, Matt Fleming <matt at console-pimps.org> wrote: > On Tue, Jun 22, 2010 at 12:26:00AM

Problems with cclust
To Whom It May Concern, I am currently trying to use R to perform a "kmeans" clustering of a three dimensional data set. In the directory R-1.5.1/library/cclust/data/ I have created a file that has the following format (only the first few lines are shown for brevity): B X.Vtl X.Vtu 1 -0.529043 1.307031 1.625169 2 -0.752502 1.132813 1.480548 3

New driver for ASEM UPS
Hi all I'm developing a NUT driver for a custom UPS found on ASEM PB 1300 devices (http://www.asem.it/prodotti/industrial-automation/box-pcs/performance/pb1300/) It's based on some custom charger and a bq2060 battery monitor, talk to it on i2c bus. I will have something usable in a few days. Got some questions/considerations, though: *) interested in integrating into NUT? *) would you

help loading files into R for koRpus analysis
Hello all, I need some help with loading text-file data into R for analysis with packages like koRpus. The problem I am facing is getting R to recognize a folder full of Word files (about 4,000) as data which I can then make koRpus perform analyses like Coleman-Liau indexing. If at all possible, I prefer to make this work with Word files. The key problem is the struggle to cause R to
