Sir or Madam:
I am new to R and the use of quantile regeression. In addition, I am a
finance person not a true statistcian. Basic regression form is Y =
(Coefficient * Variable) + Error Term
I have results from a quantile regression where I used the Barro and
Roberts method with bootstrapping for standard errors.
I am now taking another set of data and applying the quantile regression

Recovering "parent transid verify failed"
Hey,
I''d start by saying that I know Btrfs is a still experimental, and so
there''s no guarantee that one would be able to help me at all... But I
thought I''ll try anyway :-)
Few months ago I bought a new laptop and installed ArchLinux on it,
with Btrfs on the root filesystem... I know, it''s not the smartest
thing to do...
After a few month I had issues with my

Possible chan_skinny problems - no ringtone, no moh and no queue messages
We're using Cisco phones running skinny protocol.
When I call other extensions I don't get a ringtone, although the remote end
does ring and when answered we get clear two way audio.
When I call a queue from a skinny phone then I don't hear the announcements.
Likewise we don't hear music on hold on these phones, although we can see

Hi,
I know that there was a jitter buffer patch (for sip) for the 1.0.9 branch
some time agin. At this time, we can not upgrade to 1.4.x. Is there a
useable, fairly stable INCOMING sip jitter buffer patch? That is.. I want
Asterisk to jitter buffer incoming SIP packets.

Hello R-listers,
I'm working in an experiment that try to determine the degree of
infection of different clones of a fungus and, one of the measures we
use to determine these degree is the counting of antibodies in the

[LLVMdev] IMPORTANT: llvm-ar requirements
Ignore this at your own peril.
I have committed changes to CVS that introduce a fully functional
llvm-ar tool, and a new lib/Linker library that uses the archive's
symbol table to hasten linking. However, this implies that archives read
by the LLVM tools *must* have an LLVM symbol table in them. This happens
automatically for the crtend.a library, but not for the runtime
libraries produced by

Had a quick search through the archives for softphones and cannot see any
recommended ones.
My question is what recommended free softphones are out there that can be
used with Asterix? I don't really know how many are out there. Is anyone
currently using a softphone with Asterix and if so which one and how do you
find it?
I'm only interested in ones that I can download and use

VoIP with Asterix
Hi Guys,
I know no doubt this has been covered on the list a zillion time before, but
can anyone point me to some good resources on using Asterix as a VoIP
gateway?
I would like to get two TDM400P cards in two machines attached to separate
adsl connections (in two different physical locations). I'd then like to be
able to plug POTS telephones into each of them (I understand I will need FXS
