I believe the necessary files are: ./usr/lib/xen/bin/qemu-dm ./usr/lib/xen/bin/qemu-dm.debug ./usr/lib/xen/boot/hvmloader These do add dependencies on x11, so it may be a good idea to split it into a separate package.. but it is needed for VT-based processors.

I've tried the libc6-xen package posted at: http://people.debian.org/~aurel32/xen/ However, it looks like programs are still calling the libc6 libraries in /lib/tls, instead of the xen-enabled ones.
