Manager API commands QueueStatus and Queues
Hello, I'm trying to write a php script that issues the QueueStatus and Queues manager API commands to Asterisk and records the returned event data into a MySQL table. On voip-info.org, I see that QueueStatus returns such things as Queue, Max, Calls, Holdtime, Completed, Abandoned, ServiceLevel, and ServiceLevelPerf. However, there are no descriptions for these values. I've tried

queue stats last reset date/time
Hello everybody, is there any way to find out when the queue stats ('queue show' / AMI action 'QueueStatus') was last reset (by 'queue reset stats')? These counters would make much more sense if I knew what timeframe they cover. ;) -- marie

Full queue issues
Hello everyone. I got a little problem in here: I want to set up a queue so that if anything of these happens: a) No agents logged in b) All agents busy Then the user gets diverted somewhere. I used this (for testing purposes only, of course): exten => 7080,1,Answer() exten => 7080,n,Queue(teste) exten => 7080,n,Goto(${QUEUESTATUS}) exten => 7080,n(ERROR),NoOp(${QUEUESTATUS}) exten

Timeframe for QueueStatus values
Hello all, I've a question regarding the values "completed" and "abandoned" that are returned by the manager command "queuestatus". What is the timeframe for these values, are they counted since the last asterisk boot, or per day, or is the timeframe configurable? Thanks and Regards Markus

Queue Status
Hello all, I think Lee has given me a head start, but I'm still running in a circle (at least i'm in the lead). The problem is with my queues. The phones go to their own voicemail after 5 rings. That's about the same time I allow the phone to ring before trying another phone in the queue. Is there a way to tell asterisk....? If this call is coming from a queue, do not follow a

Not answering call when queue is full or has no members
Hello all, I'm trying to prevent answering a channel when a queue is either full or has no members. It seems I'm forced to answer a call before I call Queue() or else the audio is in the early media (which is unacceptable because of the short duration of early media on ISDN). Is there any way to let Queue() automatically answer a channel if the call is going to be placed in the

CDR Analyzer/Queue stats reporting
I've been tasked with finding and implementing a CDR/Queue analyzer to provide information to management about the call center's performance. My Google-fu seems to be returning a lot of things that are more or less abandoned projects. Does anyone have any recommended solutions for a CentOS 6 / Asterisk 10 "vanilla" server? Not opposed to something commercial, provided it

Manager API - standardization?
Hi all, I know I'm probably stirring up a hornet's nest with this question/comment but I've spent the last few days working on a PHP-based class for the manager interface as we're preparing for a pretty big upgrade at our call center and I'm revamping all of the management apps I've written. I can connect to the manager interface and send query strings back and forth all

${QUEUESTATUS}
There are 6 different ${QUEUESTATUS} variable values defined in asterisk 1.2, I am attempting to make sure I have a full understanting of when they would be set; If someone could correct errors with these definitions ot would be appreciated; TIMEOUT - the max time specified in the queue command elapsed, only checked between retries so may not be 100% accurate. FULL - the number of callers

Queue member status - BUSY
Hi, Is there a way to know if a member of a queue is currently engaged on a call? Or if a queue can return a busy status if all members are currently engaged in a call? QUEUESTATUS only returns FULL and TIMEOUT, and the scenario only falls into TIMEOUT, and has to finish the assigned number of seconds into the QUEUE CMD before it falls back to the next routine on the dialplan. Any ideas?

Is there something wrong with "show manager commands"?
Is it just my box, or is there something flaky in the implementation of "show manager commands"? Note: I'm using putty. About half way through this, I toggled my KVM over to the desktop and logged in to try and recreate it. The output was the same as the last two entries in this dump. bebop*CLI> show manager commands bebop*CLPing Ping bebop*CLLogoff Logoff Manager

Queue joinempty, even after AddQueueMember
Hello, I add a member to a queue with AddQueueMember, but the Queue still indicates "joinempty" : Add member to queue : /-- Executing [queueadd at sub-GetParams:2] AddQueueMember("SIP/sip17-00005c1e", "myqueue11,member3") in new stack -- Executing [queueadd at sub-GetParams:3] NoOp("SIP/sip17-00005c1e", "AQMSTATUS = ADDED") in new stack/ ...

package 'stats' needs import directive for 1.9.0?
I maintain the Irregular Time Series (its) package on CRAN. I am currently testing a release. Under 1.8.1 I am able to define a S4 generic 'start' as follows: if(!isGeneric("start")) {setGeneric("start", useAsDefault=start)} Under 1.9.0, Rcmd check generates an error, as 'start' is not recognised. If I use the NAMESPACE directive IMPORT, all is well:

Memory leak on Icecast 2.3.2 / Debian ?
-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA256 re all, this patch has not been integrated in Debian yet, hence the Icecast2 package still segfaults after filling up all the memory with its leak. as this is a critical bug, while it seems that the current Debian mantainer for the icecast2 package has abandoned its duty, i'm kindly asking the attention of debian developers included

Queue Abandoned and DND
Hi I'm using Ast 1.0.3, and managing a Queue for ACD. Our Callcenter supervisor uses Flash Operator Panel to see status of the Queue, and logged in Agents. All calls that stay to long in the Queue gets into a Voicemail, in order to have customer leave a message. 1. I see the Queue has a Completed and Abandoned counter. I have not found a exact definition of these, besides the obvius ones.
