Hi, I have a problem with my Grandstream phone. I have set it up to use DTMFMODE=info and I am able to transfer calls that have been made from that phone, but I am unable to transfer calls made TO that phone ?? I have tried every conbination of T and t in the extensions.conf file, but all to no availe ! Can anyone help ? Thanks, Paul.

I have this silly problem : When I place a call, being either to an extention or to an outside line, DTMF signals are ignored by Asterisk. We're using Grandstream GXP-2000 with programmed buttons to the first 5 parking lot extensions. When a call is parked, whichever parking lot extension it's parked on lights up red. We've never used the "announce" part and I'm wondering if there's an option I can't seem to find to disable the announce so the transfer happens faster. Thanks for any help, Ken
