Anyone, ideas for incoming call management for CRM system
Hi, we have implemented a first version of call support from a web based system for Asterisk (via the manager interface) and other, callto: and tel:, providers. Now I am looking at the other way around. If a call comes in, I want our web based system to automatically detect the number and present the call information to the user. Ideas anyone? I guess, I won't be able to get this done

Two operators, 10 rollover lines, Cisco 7960G chanisavail problem

I'm trying to set this up so each line on each phone doesn't utilize call waiting. My problem seems to be that ChanisAvail(Sip/cisco1&Sip/cisco2&Sip/cisco3&Sip/cisco4&Sip/cisco5) always returns cisco1. Here are the sip.conf entries: (mind you,

Can anyone recommend CRM software with a link into Asterisk? I would like a pop up on caller ID if possible. I've played with the FOP and SugarCRM but can't get them working together. Integration of Asterisk with MS Dynamics CRM
Have a request from a customer to integrate Asterisk into an MS CRM environment. From quick research it seems the way to do this is through a CTI interface and it requires 3rd party middleware. CRM integration (was RE: CallerID)
hello everyone, I just had a thought on this subject why not create a daemon process on the Client PC That registers its self and What phone the user is connected.
