I have tried for over a month off and on to get iaxtel for inbound to work... and tonight after alot of troubleshooting we noticed this: iaxtel inbound will use the last entry in your iax.conf to auth against. So if [iaxtel] is at the top and say [voicepulse] at the bottom. An inbound call will try to auth against that [voicepulse] entry even with the [iaxtel] entry at the top of the file. Has

If I call into it, iaxcomm will ring; however if I leave iaxcomm sitting idle for awhile (I haven't figured out exactly how long) it seems to miss calls. I have read and seen on the list where if you put a ,t at the end of the dial portion in the extensions.conf file that you should be able to use the # to park and transfer calls. I have, in iax.conf the register statement: register => username:password@iaxtel.com This causes registration attempts to iaxtel.com for both IAX and IAX2. Can anyone give me presise instructions on how to compile cdr_mysql.so? When I initially installed asterisk on the system, I didn't have mysql installed. Since then I have installed mysql, created the database and table structure for cdr_mysql and placed the appropriate settings in the cdr_mysql.conf file. However when I do a show modules at the CLI I cannot find cdr_mysql.so.

In taking a cursory browse at Vonage's site today, I noticed they are now offering a soft phone. Has anyone had any experience using this?
