Quad PRI Problems
I have been getting quite a bit of PRI Resets using my Quad PRI Digium
card.
Prior to the resets I am getting similar notices to the following

D-channel of span 3
Telco claims the PRI's are fine on their end and that it is my unit.
Is this timing? (google somewhat leads to this) I am running 1.08

seems-to-be-inexpensive source of polycom 301 and 501
Hello, sorry if this kind of a price really isn't news to you all, but
it seemed really good to me. www.tritechcoa.com has the 301s for
$114.20 and the 501s for $171.29. I ordered them on the 11th and they
arrived today, on the 15th, but I'm in Alaska so I call that _good_
order response.

Request for suggesstions -- inexpensive 10Gbps NAS / 300TB JBOD with centos head
Greetings,
I am located in India.
Any experience or suggestions for building blocks using copper
preferably (and not fiber SAN)?
Enclosures, Technologies (iscsi etc).
Many US companies are very picky about export regulations for such
humongous data appetites.
The application is mainly A/V or vfx file handling.

Small inexpensive SBC for Speex? How about the TIC5505
Hi David,
If cost is an issue then, yes you can do all that (the speex at least) with
the eZDSP USB stick. Only limitation is a slow emulator that is integrated
with USB, and so there is no JTAG output to use with other emulators. If you
don't have an emulator anyway then this is an advantage.
Cheers, M

seems-to-be-inexpensive source of polycom 301 and501
i have ordered 500s from tritechcoa.com several times over the past 4 months. great service and delivery, and the prices are lowish, only problem is, they add a $20 handling fee per phone, on top of phone price, and shipping, making the lower price not as good

Looking for inexpensive phone to use with Asterisk with message light and a button that will let me play new messages
I'm wanting to have a phone at home next to the garage door that when my
bride comes home, she can see that there is a new message, push a button
and have the messages played to her. Otherwise, she will not let me
install asterisk on my home line.
Can someone suggest relatively inexpensive hardware that will do this
for me (us)?
Thanks,

OT -- Inexpensive CentOS dedicated servers?
Hey all,
I am looking to get some input regarding inexpensive dedicated servers
-- preferably with a hosting company the offers CentOS as an OS
option. Does anybody have any input or recommendations? I'd really
like to support a company that uses CentOS. And there are _so many
options out there, is kind of overwhelming.
Thanks,

Need tip on an inexpensive printer for college student using CentOS 5.5
Sending my son back to college with a dual-boot laptop with Win 7 and
CentOS 5.5. He uses Win7 to manage his iPod and SW that sometimes
issued by a professor for a specific course...otherwise he uses CentOS
for everything else. That setup worked well last year, except for
printing. He has a low-end Cannon printer that is not supported in the
Linux realm.
Most of his coursework was uploaded to

Inexpensive device for bandwidth management
Hi,
I'm looking for a good network device that does bandwidth management. It
can be integrated in a router or stand-alone, but must be SIP-friendly.
I`ve tried the DIR-655 (latest firmware is SIP-hostile, and the latest
hardware revisions can't downgrade to the version that worked well) and the
DI-724GU (SIP-friendly, but bandwidth management is automated and not
configurable

Panasonic KX-TD500
Anyone have any luck with connecting Asterisk to the Panasonic KX-TD500.
I have Asterisk connected via crossover to the TE110P. We are able to
make internal calls into the Asterisk Box but the PBX vendor (I know
nothing about the KX-TD500) tells us it is not possible route DID over
the trunk. I find this hard to believe. Anyone have any luck with this?
Thanks!

Found: inexpensive ADSI phone
I know I heard people looking for inexpensive ADSI phones a while
back. Can't vouch for these guys, but this looks like a reasonable
deal for what perhaps are new phones. No experience with ADSI,
myself, but thought I'd pass it along. These folks also carry the
Nortel analog units that do intercom and 2-line, as has been
discussed in prior threads.

inexpensive ways to make a rails application highly available? mysql replication?
I''m interested in making a low volume rails application very available. This
means that I would like to have
an alternate server for those times when the primary server is unavailable
for whatever reason.
Virtual private servers are fairly inexpensive so one could have a rails
application on 2 different vps systems (not on the same server, possibly not
even in the same city).

Quad monitor graphics card.
Hi there,
I have 4 identical monitors. So I decided to buy (not to expensive,
around 100USD) quad head graphics card. I do not need anything
particular. Only office applications, no gaming. The crucial thing is
that I would like to be able to span a single window across all 4
monitors. I found following cards:
Nvidia Quadro NVS440
Nvidia Quadro NVS420
Both are actually dual GPU. Could you

inexpensive / reasonably priced workstation / server development box
We are testing some simple low bandwidth video and audio broadcasting using
real server and client softwares.
So, for quick check and simplicity, we were plunking along TESTING on an
3.2GHz XP box and I noticed frames were getting dropped on the broadcast
just for resizing a window on the screen during the session.
Talk about totally lame...
I know this can be a big deal and start conflicting
