I have just installed Eve Online using wine to use the free trial. I downloaded the installer and ran it under wine. Everything went flawlessly however now I have loaded the game for the first time and there is something I have to scroll through to continue, however I see no text and I cannot scroll. I am thinking of going with a Dell PowerEdge 1950 ||| for a new CentOS/Asterisk set up. It will have dual 2.33GHz processors, 16GB memory, two 500GB hard drives (presumably mirrored). That link's broken but I think you mean Easy Miner. I think that bot has been discontinued. No, but a lot of EVE Online bots are written in Autohotkey. Someone is writing a Linux version of Autohotkey now. However, EVE Online doesn't work on Wine anyway. Just buy Windows if you want to play games.
