Speex ACM Format Tag
Keith, Try emailing mmreg@microsoft.com to register a wave format tag. If that doesn’t work please let me know and we'll find the direct contact there. Speex ACM Format Tag
Is there a registered ACM format tag for Speex encoded audio? I am in charge of an application which can store Speex audio in a stream in an AVI file and I would like to use the official format tag if there is one so that some day it will be playable using some forthcoming ACM codec. Thanks, Keith ________________________________________________ Keith Looney Senior Software Engineer On2

Mbox corruption
I am trying to track down an mbox corruption issue that has been happening for one of our users. It appears that the mbox file is getting truncated and the all important From line no longer exists which then leads to the mbox being useless. It also appears, as in most truncations, that parts of the mbox are being lost. I am not sure how to debug this to find out whether this is a client or

AGI.pm?
I've seen references to this module in the mailing list archives, but it isn't in the 0.4.0 tarball, nor is it in CVS. I can roll my own and was planning to do so anyhow, but that doesn't seem to make a lot of sense if it already exists. Am I not looking somewhere I should be looking? Most of the Google hits just point to the mailing list. -- JustThe.net Internet & Multimedia

astcc needs AGI.pm...where is it?
Greetings, I tried to build astcc, but the Makefile is looking for Asterisk/AGI.pm. Anyone have any idea where this file is supposed to be and where it comes from? I've dragged in everything I can think of from cvs, and * is otherwise running fine. TIA Bruce Komito High Sierra Networks, Inc. www.servers-r-us.com (775) 236-5815

AGI->Exec Problem
Hello, I am having some trouble with the Asterisk::AGI perl library. It seems that the AGI->Exec() command is causing me a problem. Here's the line in my AGI code: $AGI->exec('Record',"$vmfile:wav, 30"); I'm trying to record voicemail to the file name stored in $vmfile with a silence timeout of 30. However, this is not being parse by AGI or Asterisk correctly,

CallerID name lookup AGI script
Hi all, My VoIP provider (race.com) doesn't send name info with CallerID, so I wrote an AGI script that does the following: 1) If it's a toll free number (800|888|877|866), set the CallerID name to "TollFree Caller" 2) Use curl to look up the number in Google phonebook 3) If a business listing, set the CallerID name to business name, as is. 4) If it's a residential

Setup terminates prematurely
Dear Wine Community, I have recently installed the latest snapshot of Wine (20011108). The build and install seems to have gone fine, but I'm running into a roadblock when ever I try to install a windows application. I get as far as where the actual install should start (after answering the various questions about files to install, where to install, etc), then I get a brief flash, like a

Hey Everyone; I inherited an Asterisk box where the dialplan is a real mess. ( I would actually be embarrassed to post some of the stuff!) So, here is what I need to do - and again, I am looking for fishing nets and places to cast them - if I don't figure it out, I will never freakin' learn! I have several users configured (101, 102, 105, 155, 211, etc). They are all in different
