Strange queue behaviour
Hello, I have just installed Asterisk 1.4 and I am playing with it. I've created some sip accounts and some queues. When I start asterisk I see many queues like this: all-phones-r has 0 calls (max unlimited) in 'rrmemory' strategy (0s holdtime), W:0, C:0, A:0, SL:0.0% within 0s Members: SIP/03 (Invalid) has taken no calls yet SIP/02 (Invalid) has taken no calls yet

Queue not sending call to Agent
Queue not sending call to Agent I am having an issue and i am not sure if it is a bug or a config issue. I was originally running Asterisk 1.8.1.1 when I noticed this issue. I upgraded to 1.8.4.2 to see if that would fix it but it didn't. The issue is that I have a call queue and the agent dials a number to log into the queue. Agent Penalty
Can anyone shed any light on an issue with agent penalties? I have 2 queues set up with agents working both queues, but where agent 1 should have a penalty for queue 2 and agent 2 should have a penalty for queue 1. When a call is sent to either queue, it rings agents with and without penalties at the same time. I set up a second system and cannot replicate the issue on the test system. I

queue member state in asterisk 1.4
Hi, My queue members use Local channels and their queue state is "In use" while their hint value is "Idle". Since I have Ringinuse=no, I'm experiencing issues such as incoming calls waiting too much because the agent's phone isn't ringing even though it's idle/free. I read somewhere that this is a "known bug" in 1.4 and should be fixed in 1.6. I

Hi, Look what I saw the other day: mikmak*CLI> show queue 511 511 has 0 calls (max unlimited) in 'ringall' strategy (5s holdtime), W:0, C:13, A:0, SL:107.7% within 30s 107.7% of the calls were answered within 30 s ? hints and polycom IP 300 phones
Hi all, I've just updated to current CVS, and have 2 polycom IP phones, one is a IP600 and the other is a IP300. The IP600 shows the status of the IP300 and a ZAP line quite nicely, but the IP300 won't show the status of the IP600....
