Hello, I can't have asterisk working without echo when I place a call from IP phone (SIP or H323) to a PSTN Phone. The called number as no problem with echo but there is a very audible echo in the SIP phone. This situation occurs either when connected with ISDN card thru i4linux driver and with my openline card from voicetronix. Do you have any suggestion fo that? Regards, Daniel ANDRE

Does anybody have any experience with the ZyXEL Prestige 2000W? I am having problems with the line tear down when I call another extension. If nobody picks up at the other end when I hangup the 2000W, the other extension continues to ring. Is there any way to hangup a SIP call if there is no more traffic? Hi, Does anyone have suggestions hooking Zyxel Prestige 2002 to Asterisk? I have tested Zyxel Prestige with both supported codecs. Call with G.711 sounds very choppy and cracking. I have been running a Smart-UPS RT 3000 VA using nut successfully over the 940-0095B cable for a couple of years. I have just received a second unit, but it is slightly different in 3 ways that I have found so far. 1. It's a Smart-UPS RT 3000 XL 2. The 940-0095B cable now uses an RJ45 connector at the UPS end. 3. It now requires a baud rate of 9600 instead of the 2400 used previously.
