Mirror site ftp.plig.org out of date
The mirror site ftp.plig.org is out of date, for example
<ftp://ftp.plig.org/pub/OpenBSD/OpenSSH/portable/snapshot/> stops in
2005-03-07 while the same directory on the master site has recent
files.
I don't know whether this outdatedness applies only to the Portable
OpenSSH snapshots or to the whole OpenBSD tree.

Centos 4.4 PPC status
Hi I was just curious as to the status of the centos PPC version? I can't
seem to find the download for it. Is it generally on the same track as the
other architectures? Or a few versions behind? I was hoping to run hte same
software as my other machines.
Thanks!

PXE boot Centos 4.0beta problems
Has anyone yet tried PXE booting the vmlinuz/initrd.img
set from Centos 4.0beta2?
I have a pxelinux setup that is booting 3.4 PXE images
fine, but the equivalent setup for 4.0beta loads the
kernel and then splashes the monitor full of multicolor
random characters. Not a good start to an install...
Anyone had luck? Any changes for PXE boots known for 4.0?
Thanks in advance.

PPC
Hi All,
The only Centos PPC distro that I could find is at:
http://vault.centos.org/4.0beta/isos/ppc
Is there an official (non-beta) release of Centos 4 (or better yet
Centos 5)? If not, are there plans for such a release?
Best

CentOS 5 PPC
There has been some discussion about PPC on this list, and I was
looking at the CentOS homepage, and it states that support for the PPC
architecture is in progress.
Is there actually a V5 (CentOS) PPC download? I have been looking for
it on the site without luck.
For example http://mirror.centos.org/centos/5/isos/ only has i386 and
x86_64.
I have an old G4 with dual processors I want

Upgrading FC2 -> Centos4RC1 (possible, but messy)
This was my experience with upgrading, your mileage may vary especially
if it's in kilometers. This is what I had to do to get my system
running again.
##############
In order to attempt this upgrade, I had to use "linux upgradeany", a
mode not listed for the installer CDs.
My first problem was I could no longer boot the system after the
upgrade. My grub menu showed my old

2.6.9-5.0.3 src rpm
I need to make a new driver disk, so I need to install the src.rpm for the
initial centos4 install kernel, kernel-2.6.9-5.0.3.EL.
However upon browsing around the mirrors, in the 4.0 directories, I find
only 2.6.9-11.EL kernels and source? What's going on here -- am I looking
in the wrong place? I would expect to see 2.6.9-11.EL in the 4.0/updates
directories, not in the 4.0/os. I would
