SIP busy
Hi,
I would like * to treat a SIP extension as a normal extension, when it
comes to the busy functionality. In other words, if someone tries to
call the SIP phone and there is already an ongoing conversation, the new
caller should get a busy message/tone
Is there any parameter that I can set? Is this something that should be
configured at my softphone?
Best,

Erratic DTMF on E1/PRI (continuation of Strage bip on ISDN/PRI)
At the same site, DTMF recognition is functioning badly, sometimes
duplicating digits and sometimes totally missing others.
We have checked already /proc/interrups, there is no interrupt being
shared.
Our zaptel has .. span=1,1,0,ccs,hdb3
On zapata we have ...
switchtype=euroisdn
signalling=pri_cpe
relaxdtmf=no (yes doesn't seem to help)

busydetect and random hangups
Hi,
I'm having random hangup problems with zap channels.
If I turn busydetect off in Zapata.conf, * fails completely to detect a
user hangup in the middle of a script.
On the other hand, if I turn it on, everything works much better, but
long calls tend to be hung up without a motive.
Any other parameter that I can try? Any #define that I can tweak and
recompile?

queue application
Hi,
I'm working on a call center application where callers input some
information and get transferred to an attendant, or waits in a queue
until one is available. The operator is using a PC-based system that
needs to have access to the information previously input by the caller.
I was thinking about making * write some control info somewhere and then
make the application get it through

AGI and broken pipe
Hi All,
I was able to track down what I believe is a bug when using AGI
services. This bug may crash your system if your extensions.conf script
is intensive in using AGI services. Depending on your system's ulimit, *
keeps opening files until it reaches the system limit and then stops
responding.
Function app_agi/launch_script seems to leave an open and unused file.
Can someone confirm this?

Cisco tftp
I'm writing a program to quickly generate SIP<Mac>.cnf files for tftp
configuration of the 79XX series of Cisco phones and would ask that anyone
who is interested in using this please send me working examples of your
SIP<Mac/Default>.cnf, and RINGLIST.dat files.
Also, please send me your ring tones and * related logos for possible
inclusion.
Thanks,

Domain Member Server: Domain Users cannot access shares
Hello to the Samba devs and mailing list subscribers,
I've run into a bit of trouble getting a new domain member server setup.
I've got three Ubuntu 14.04 64 bit VMs running the latest stable build of
Samba built from source acting as Domain Controllers. I've got a fourth
physical machine running Ubuntu 16.04 64 bit running the canonical
distribution samba (Version 4.3.9-Ubuntu)

plotting coxph results using survfit() function
i want to make survival plots for a coxph object using survfit
function. mod.phm is an object of coxph class which calculated results
using columns X and Y from the DataFrame. Both X and Y are
categorical. I want survival plots which shows a single line for each
of the categories of X i.e. '4' and 'C'. I am getting the following
error:

Hi Rowland,

wiki and give you as much info as I can in the hope that we can get this
issue resolved, or at least determine that there is nothing wrong with my
config and that the underlying array has to be the weak point, even if none
of us know why.

AbsoluteTimeout Users Messages
Hi, All
Is there a provision for "AbsoluteTimeout" application to notify
called and calling party of the reason why the call suddenly ended?
This way, the parties will be much better informed, hence they
will/should not think that
their VOIP/telco provider(s) are providing bad service.

Incoming SIP calls
Hello All
I am trying to answer incoming SIP calls, first, by dialing an
extension, thence into voicemail, which works; and secondly by going
straight into voice mail which does not. The extension.conf that works
is like this;
[incomingSIP]
exten=>_.,1,Dial,Zap/2|1
exten=>_.,2,Voicemail,u5152
exten=>_.,3,Hangup
the extension.conf which does not is like this;

AbsoluteTimeout Inside A Macro
Hi all,
Is it just me and not reading the docs right, or has anybody else had
problems with the AbsoluteTimeout application and the 'T' extension when
used inside a macro?

[LLVMdev] Opt pass 'Canonicalize Induction Variables' not working
I am new to LLVM and I've a question about the optimization passes and in particular about the loop transformation passes. I've setup the LLVM tool-chain with Polly installed.
The following example is causing problems with me: http://llvm.org/docs/Passes.html#indvars
The input is a .c file with the following loops:
# 01 Standard, N=100
for (i=0; i<N; i++)
b[i] = a[i] + 5;

Mediawiki is throwing an error at this moment but I followed that page when
I set up the shares and triple checked everything when I last reset ACLs.

SIP Absolute Timeout
Hi All,
I've been having a hard time getting the AbsoluteTimeout function to work.
Is this Function working in for SIP? I've search all the messages in the
news letters and tried what was suggested and still have not gotten it to
work. Below is a portion of my extensions.conf. I've also been running these
test on ver 0.5.0

non-linear regression and root finding
Thanks a lot! This was amazing. I'm not sure I see how the conditiion
pK1 < pK2 < pK3 is enforced? - it comes from the derivation via
generalized Henderson-Hasselbalch but perhaps it is not really
necessary. Anyway, the use of Vectorize did the trick!
Best wishes

Detect hangup on unanswered POTS call
I've been using * at home for a while now and I'm quite happy with how it
works. Having voicemail emailed to me and notify my cell phone via SMS is
a great way to impress my friends. :-) The inbound context for my X101P
looks something like this:

exten => s,2,Answer
exten => s,3,Voicemail(u1234)

Domain Member Server: Domain Users cannot access shares
*Another reply that was accidentally sent to the wrong address...*
I ran another test of a share on the raid array after making the changes
you suggested Rowland. I reset the ACLs on /mnt/md0/samba_shares/test as
outlined in the wiki and set the default group to domain admins. I
executed setfacl commands g=rwx and chgrp domain admins, then added the
directory to my smb.conf and ran

Problem in Extension.conf
Hi,
Have a problem in my extension.conf:
I have:
[sip]
exten => _333.,1,wait,3
exten => _333.,2,Answer
exten => _333.,3,AbsoluteTimeout,7
exten => _333.,4,Hangup
I wanted to test if * is executing this dial plan by calling 3335254255 for
example.
The problem is as follow:
It waits, it answers but it does not seems to see the Absolutetimeout: call goes
forever. What's wrong? Am
