Nortel i2004 firmware upgrade.
I've been trying to look up information on upgrading firmware on a nortel i2004 ip phone. I have this phone leftover from a trial, and it's supposed to be upgradable to current firmwares. Since I also run a DMS I was able to login to nortel's site and get all the firmware files, but All the NTP's regarding firmware upgrading these are how to tell you BCM to send the file to it.

This are "suppose" to be SIP based phones. I just got one to play with, no docs, no nothing. before I start spending time trying to sort it out I thought I'd ask to see if anyone had made one work with AST, and if they have any pearls of wisdom. mucho thanks

SIP Phone dropping calls, SIP Softphones working fine
Hello! I am semi-new to asterisk, I've been toying with it for about a month now. I'm using the current version from the CVS server (as of last week) and have succesfully connected it to Broadvoice, as well as a few softphones. I got a Nortel i2004 IP phone from a friend to setup at home as a homephone using Broadvoice, but going through my * box and using iptel.com for toll free calls.

Nortel Phones.
Hello, I am wondering if anyone is using the Nortel 2001 2002 or 2004 phones on their asterisk implementation. My local dealer says they are not compatible with any open source implementations. Is there a phone compatibility list somewhere? Cheers Cian

Problem with density()?
Hello, all, I'm running Version 1.1.0 (June 15, 2000), on Mandrake 6.1 Linux. I think that I'm getting nonsense results from the density function. When I feed it a sample generated by v<-runif(1000,0,1), I get back some small negative numbers for density values, as follows: >v<-runif(1000,0,1) > dump("v","/home/tomlinso/auction/test.vector.R") >

Fixing corrupt flac files
Hej, well I'm not sure because those file that are corrupt have been around for a quite long time. It could have been k3b but I'm really not sure. Right now I was ripping with Audex and tagging with Audex/Amarok/kid3. Those files seem to be fine though. My lates approaches have been with Picard/beets :-) I think it's not possible to share those files without getting in legal

introspective capabilities
Hi, Is there any way, from R code, to perform introspection as to where certain names acquired their values? The specific functionality I'm looking for in this case is to be able to request my editor to view the definition corresponding to a name in its original source location (presuming for the moment that that location exists). Other functionality that I'm looking for is to identify

Call files
Hi All, Have created a system that involves using call files in the outgoing spool folder. On some occasions it retries which is fine.... is there any way to view calls waiting retries from the CLI? Using 1.4 btw. Have googled to no avail (although it is near the end of the day so I might be being a muppet!) Thanks in advance. Steve

Account Creation is disabled.
I've disabled account creation for the time being on this forum. I've had a fun weeked of dealing with the slime of humanity banning accounts and deleting posts. But, to no avail. These people don't give up. They don't care about the sites they ruin, or the sysadmins they tick off. I need some volunteers to help moderate and watch the account queue. I'm not going to be the one

Software Anounce: htb frontend, for multiple hosts auto bandwidth management
Hi all, i''ve coded htb-gen, a GPL htb frontend and much more... htb-gen is meant to be an easy, scalable, yet powerfull, bandwidth management tool. You can set up/down portions of bandwith for each host or network, that goes trough your router/firewall. Prioritary traffic(web, mail, gaming, ftp, voip, streaming) is preferred over Junk traffic(kazaa, emule, etc). Also dynamic bandwith
