Flickering Nvidia GeForce GT210
Hi mates,
First to all thanks for your help.
I've installed Nouveau driver for my Nvidia GeForce GT210 using Archlinux, but I have some flickering issues when playing videos, only in the video windows.
Sometimes I can see some flickering when scrolling.
Please help. I don't know how to fix it.

That's rather odd ... a reclock should not persist across a reboot.

Hm, this kind of "incomplete fill" flicker could be due to something
just not being able to keep up. But you may be in luck - nouveau may
support reclocking on your GPU -- check the contents
/sys/kernel/debug/dri/0/pstate for the various options, and echo e.g.
"0f" or "22" or whatever the desired level is listed as back into that
file (note - AC = "current",

And when you say "flickering", do you really mean some kind of
decoding failure with blocks being off or whatever? Or maybe a frame
ordering issue (where old frames appear instead of new ones
sometimes)? Or just regular tearing?
Is your video player using GL output, VDPAU output (and vdpau
decoding), or Xv? (What video player are you using?)

Sched_op hypercall small questions
Greetings all.
Some small question regarding schedule poll operation hypercall.
1. struct sched_poll poll.timeout is measured in what unit of time?
Secs, ms? ns?
2. After issuing the hypercall_sched_op(SCHEDOP_poll, &poll); if no
timeout is used in poll struct how long will I yield the CPU?
3. If I issue the hypercall and the event never comes is it possible
to to yield the CPU for ever?

Scientific notation
I'm writing a load of output to a file using cat(...), but I can't work out
how to turn off scientific notation for small numbers. When I originally
tried this a while a go I ended up building up a string variable, which is
rather clumsy...
Many thanks,
David

[Bug 1131] buffer_append_space: alloc not supported Error with V 4.2p1

------- Comment #5 from dtucker at zip.com.au 2006-02-14 22:17 -------
Also, what compiler did you use to compile OpenSSH? If you compile OpenSSH
(and openssl and zlib if possible) with optimization disabled (-O0) does the
error still occur?
