Hello, There is a small but annoying problem with linking libwrap in openssh. The library is added to LIBS which makes it be linked in to all binaries. This is unnecessary and leads to bogus dependencies if libwrap is a shared library. Hi, I have made a patch which improves scp utility. It adds two new features: rate limit and resume support. With rate limit it's possible to limit transfer speed. Resume allows to continue file transfer where it was last interrupted. Also the progress meter was improved. The script will be used if configure doesn't find a proper install program on the system.
