[PATCH] one-time ssh-agent confirmation password
The patch (against 4.7p1) modifies gnome-ssh-askpass to optionally generate a one-time password and transmits it to the user via an out-of-band communication channel. If you can read the password and enter it back into the gnome-ssh-askpass dialog, ssh-agent is allowed to continue with the authentication process. There are two ways to use the modified gnome-ssh-askpass. The first

how to use if statement in function correctly
Dear all I try to persuade if statement in my function to work as I want (but I am not very successful:( My question is why my function with if statement is evaluated correctly in case of atomic variables and incorrectly in case of vector variables. Here is an example: #function with if statement fff <- function(otac,sklon) { test <- (otac *

Very surprising behaviour with --files-from
$ wc -l /tmp/list 1000 /tmp/list $ rsync -i -aPv --ignore-existing --files-from=/tmp/list /backups/ ut00-s00010:/backups/ building file list ... 3937 files to consider I am totally baffled. That's not such a big deal, but the list I'm *actually* using has twenty *million* files in it. At a couple hundred files a second, if it's going to check 4 times the number of files, that's

nice way to find or not a value (problem with numeric(0))
Hello, I have a data.frame called spec containing data about samples. But I don't have these data for all my samples. So if I have data (that is code of the sample is in spec$Code), I would like to assign data1 to the variable m. If I don't have this data, I would like to assign 1 to m. I tried this : m<-spec$data1[spec$Code==code]*(code %in%specmodules$Code) + 1*(!code %in%

an unsophisticated question about recoding in a data frame with control structure if {}
Hello all, I apologize for a terribly simple question. I'm used to using Stata and am trying to `switch' over to R. I would like to recode a vector in a data frame when the value of it meets the following condition: if (dataframe$factor=='3'){dataframe$thevector<-(an arithmetic mean). What I would like to result is the creation of a new variable within the data frame for

Panic when runing "doveadm mailbox status ... vsize"
I'm using dovecot 2.2.24 on FreeBSD 10.3. I'm working on converting users from maildir to mdbox, for the usual reasons. I have converted some test users and they generally work fine. But when I run "doveadm mailbox status" I get a Panic if I ask for the vsize field (or "all"), but other fields work fine. For example: # doveadm mailbox status -u bubbacheex3

Exceptional slowness with read.csv
? Sun, 7 Apr 2024 23:47:52 -0600 Dave Dixon <ddixon at swcp.com> ?????: > > second_records <- read.csv(file_name, skip = 2459465, nrows = 5) It may or may not be important that read.csv defaults to header = TRUE. Having skipped 2459465 lines, it may attempt to parse the next one as a header, so the second call read.csv() should probably include header = FALSE. Bert's advice

auth_debug_passwords
Hi. I'm new to Dovecot and about to start using it in production. In the config file, I set the option, auth_debug_passwords, to yes. I do not see any failed passwords logged, however. It did cause more verbose authentication logging, but failed passwords are still hidden. I have also set these options to yes, because I thought they might be required for auth_debug_passwords to work:
