Rsync Troubles after NAT router firmware Upgrade.
Hello,
I have been using rsync for a long time to send web files from a development
server to a production server. It worked great
until a few days ago when I upgraded the firmware on the Linksys BEFSR11
Router that the production server is behind. The development server is also
behind the same model router, and both servers are connected to the cable
network (Internet) using Surfboard cable

X11 forwarding under Linux
Hello, I have been having issues with x11 forwarding using my
linux-mandrake based servers. I checked my XAUTHORITY variable and it was
set to ~/.Xauthority ... After reading the mail archives, I found the
/tmp/ssh* directory created during my ssh session, and did this:
export XAUTHORITY="/tmp/ssh-hzuA1805/cookies"
xeyes
...and the X11 forwarding worked!

Disconnecting: Corrupted check bytes on input.
Hi,
just "cvs update"'d to get the latest portable version, to start
rebuilding our AIX systems to get zlib-1.1.4 and the channel-bug fix.
SSH protocol 2 seems to work nicely, ssh protocol 1 doesn't work properly.
Environment: AIX 4.3.3, openssl 0.9.6c, openssh as of today (Mar 12, 11:20
GMT).
Client/blowfish, to openssh 3.0p1 or to 2.5.1p1:

Disconnecting: Corrupted MAC on input.
Hi,
I recently moved a couple of my DomU''s to a new Xen server and this
messages started appearing when there was a lot of activity in a SSH
session (this MAC has nothing to do with networking - it''s a SSH Message
Authentication Code). I noticed it only because my rdiff-backup failed
on this hosts because of it.
The old Xen server was running OpenSuSE 10.2 x86-64 as Dom0,

Disconnecting: Corrupted MAC on input. - Solaris 8 64-bit SPARC OpenSSH 4.4p1
Hi everyone,
I tried finding this using Google, but no joy.
I have a massive (6GB uncompressed, 2.9GB compressed)
file I'm attempting to transfer using SCP or SFTP. I
get a random length into the transfer, and then it
aborts with "Disconnecting: Corrupted MAC on input."
Both hosts are Solaris 8, using OpenSSH4.4p1 compiled
64-bit by the Sun Forte C compiler. I've tried

Trying to recover ext3 on corrupted raid5
Hi,
I sent a message to linux-kernel that describes exactly what I did to
thourally fsck up my ext3, but now I'm trying to see if I can recover more
than the ext3 kernel driver will let me get to...

Now that you've read that, and you haven't given up hope (stubbornly like
me), then I'd like to know what I

Weird Over Lapping Asterisk Calls via SIP Phones
I am trying to create an IVR system that uses both POTS and IP phones
and I have a few problems that I encountered with the IP SIP phones
(Grandstream Budge Tone 102).
1. When a user hits the hook fast enough, the user can create multiple
IVR connections that gives the appearance of an echo that is phased a
few seconds apart. The way to reproduce this is by hitting the hook
fast and furious. The
