hi, i'm doing my own windows multiboot dvd's using latest ultraiso and isolinux 3.09, and everything was fine till now. now i tried 3.11 and this release doesn't load any windows cd boot sectors while other stuff like memtest works fine. same for isolinux 3.10, both the normal and the debug version. the attachment shows a vmware 5.5 beta window with an error message by isolinux 3.11

Hi - I am trying to make a centos 5.2 x86_64 boot USB device for installation. I copied the centos 5.2 x86_64 DVD to a USB pen drive formatted for FAT32. I then ran syslinux -sf /dev/sdc1 to get it to boot. I mounted it, and did cp isolinux/vmlinuz . cp isolinux/isolinux.cfg syslinux.cfg then setup the MBR. THe device booted but I got an error message about unknown command in the syslinux.cfg

HPA, is it possible to add GZ support in syslinux itself? Some standalone software compresses very well, but is not compressed. Hi guys! I tried to boot memtest86+ v4.2 (renamed memtest.bin to memtest), and i have issues to boot it with pxelinux 5.x and greater.Pxelinux 4.06 works fine both memtest 4.1 and 4.2. With version 6.00 no error message caught, only writes out dots. How is the proper way to chainload memtest86 I was tried: label memtest kernel memtest.bin but, nothing happens just a weird hang (my older versions of memtest hangs too). Anyway chainloading in a floppy image with memdisk on CD or pxeboot was fine but if I use memory to emulate a floppy I was not using this memory

In previous versions of pxelinux/gpxelinux (4.04 and 4.06) I could successfully start the memtest utility.
