PowerWalker UPS - Re-branded Mustek ?
Hello ! first off, thank you all for making this piece of software. from what i have seen so far this seems to be a really mature and advanced tool for all sorts of UPS models ! compiling pxelinux in elf
Hi I have used pxelinux successfully in some situations. However, I am unable to boot IBM NetVista thin clients using pxelinux. The kernel that does boot up these thin clients over the net is in elf format (it is called kernel.2200). # file kernel.2200 kernel.2200: ELF 32-bit LSB executable, Intel 80386, version 1 (SYSV), statically linked, not stripped So, I would have liked to compile

hier.part function???
Hello R-team I´ve got a question concerning the hierarchical partitioning function. If the variables of a model fitted with glm (binomial)show a high joint effect, does this necessarily only mean, that these variables are highly correlated and therefor the model fitting was not optimal, or can it also be, that a high joint contribution means, that the relevant variables only show there full

dragdrop patch that enables dragging from and to divs with overflow:scroll
Hi all, this is a patch for 1.5_rc5 I noticed that I was not able to drag stuff out of scrolling divs. When I tried to drag it out, the draggable would remain in that div and the scrollbars would adapt to the bigger content of the div. This patch extends draggable with an option :tofront. When it is set to true, the draggable will be moved to the document body while keeping its position on the

UltraISO can't make a disk image
Wine 1.1.10 Ubuntu 8.04 I downloaded the trial version of UltraISO from http://www.download.com/UltraISO-Premium/3000-2646_4-10177302.html I need this to make a bin/cue image for an old DOS game, as no Linux program seems to be able to. [Bridge] aoe/vblade on "localhost"
hello ! i try to use a network technology on one single host, which wasn`t designed for that. to give a short overview of what i`m talking about: AoE is just like a "networked blockdevice" (just like nbd/enbd) - but without tcp/ip. AoE kernel driver is the "client end" (see this like an iSCSI initiator) - and an etherblade storage appliance is the "server end"

Problem compiling R patched and R devel on Ubuntu
G'day all, since about a week my daily re-compilations of R patched and R devel are falling over, i.e. they stop with an error during "make check" (while building the 32 bit architecture) on my Ubuntu 16.04.3 LTS machine. Specifically, a test in graphics-Ex.R seems to fail and the last lines of graphics-ex.Rout.fail are: > ## Extreme outliers; the "FD" rule would

SYSLINUX-3.52-pre5: XP BOOTSEC.BIN Bug
I just encountered my only bug w/ the ISOLINUX+VESAMENU combination from 3.52-pre5. Updated a *working* CD project w/ the new ISOLINUX+VESAMENU combo just last week. Booting my preferred Linux distro (Slax-6) from my custom CDs work perfectly, however when I updated a CD project that includes BartPE/WinPE, BartPE fails to boot w/ 'CDBoot can not boot CD: error 4" msg. [PATCH v3 0/7] Remove 32-bit Xen PV guest support
The long term plan has been to replace Xen PV guests by PVH. The first victim of that plan are now 32-bit PV guests, as those are used only rather seldom these days. Xen on x86 requires 64-bit support and with Grub2 now supporting PVH officially since version 2.04 there is no need to keep 32-bit PV guest support alive in the Linux kernel. Additionally Meltdown mitigation is not available in the
