Door buzzer.
Hello,
I have a customer who has their front door integrated to their current
phone system. If someone presses the buzzer, the secretaries phone will
ring, and she can talk to the person at the door. By pressing ** she
can release the door.
Anyone have any sort of integration like this. Are there IP devices

Does Xapian support retrieval optional?
Hi,
I've been using Xapian for a while. But there is a scene I don't know
whether supported already.
Suppose:

2. Parsed query: how AND to AND make AND pizza
3. Documents:
d1: how to make pizza at home
d2: 3 ways to make pizza
d3: make pizza in 4 easy steps
Question:
1. During searching process, how to retrieve d2, d3 (although they don't

Rails and Checkboxes
Hi
I''m having a really hard time trying to get a specific form in RoR to
work. I''m trying to build a really simple page which lets the user make
a pizza by setting check boxes. The choose their toppings, click submit
and the form does a callback and shows them how much it will cost to
have a pizza with those toppings on.
At the moment I have the following:

SYSLINUX 1.75-pre7 released - FINAL 1.75-pre
I have just released SYSLINUX 1.75-pre7. Barring any showstopper bugs,
this WILL be the final 1.75, so please test if out, and if you find
problems speak now or forever hold your pizza.
After 1.75 is out I'm going to be spending most of my time on the new
2.00 release.

Samba and Active Directory 2008
I was wondering if anyone has had any luck getting samba working with a
Windows 2008 domain? I've got mine working for the most part except for UID
lookups. I've got identity management for unix installed on on the windows
box and have several users configured with custom home directories, login
shell, and UID on the Unix attributes tab. My samba server is joined to the
domain, wbinfo -u

Fwd: Re: Asterisk as a Condo door opener/intercom
Asterisk as a phone system makes perfect sense in a condo. You can get
all the DID's you want and eliminate costs for the owners. You can offer
standard FXO for people who don't care and IP sets for people who want
to "upgrade" to feature sets.
Your door openner is a piece of cake.

appeared to have a good time.

trouble using syslinux > 1.50
Hi there,
I'm using an embedded device sold by a german company called SSV.
Further Information about the device can be found on the following URL.
http://www.ssv-embedded.de/ssv/pc104/p170.htm
The IDE Interface is a very basic one.
Starting with syslinux 1.51 the system stopped booting correctly (1.67 does
not work as well).
With syslinux Version up to 1.50 erything works fine.
The boot
